  • THats exactly what my lucky does! I think they are so much happier and able to express themselves more when they are able to keep there wings :)

    THat;'s what God gave them wings for; it's like God giving us legs but not using them and roling around in a wheel chair all the time.

  • I agree with you. All 4 of my birds are fully flighted. I won't ever take it away from them.

  • Do you ever have problems keeping him on his stand? My Ollie loves to be around me. If I put him on his cage, he just always flies right over to me. I noticed your Ollie's wings aren't clipped either. Such demanding birds huh? :)

  • Ollie has 6 different stands in different rooms of the apartment. She is able to fly from stand to stand as she wishes. Often she flies to the back of the couch, the bed, my head, etc. Usually I'll just have her step up, tell her where to go (each stand has a different name), then toss her in the air so she'll fly to the stand. Is your Ollie a grey too? How old? I actually know several greys with this name! Yes, very demanding!
