The BBQ did not last long enough to video. I will have to tell every one that if you have the chance, go and eat some of there baby back ribs. The meat does not fall off of the bone because when you grab the bone it pulls out of the meat. I have never seen that. We drove 6 1/2 hours for the food and music and they were worth every mile.
