Nowadays if you upload a stereo video YouTube will generate until 7 different format videos that you could watch with &fmt=5, 6, 13, 17, 18, 22 and 34 (13, 18, 22, 34 stereo, 13, 17 to be download for mp4 devices).
After December 6 YouTube started to show a "watch in HD" option but &fmt=18 and 22 continue to be needed for some old 4/3 and 16/9 videos.
Comprehensive information in the video details (more info) at YouTube link HUK91sDULm4&fmt=22 (1280x720+Stereo).
Even in letting YouTube do the encoding there is no way you will get audio this good. People have complained about YouTube changing the amplitude levels from loud/quite throughout the video and also i have noticed some videos with 'watch in HD' option are out of synch by over a whole second.
Plus this video is only 32kbps audio and sounds better than what YouTube can do at 120kbps AAC.
YouTube generate until 9 different files, also exists &fmt=35 (but I think is only for 4/3 upload videos, I need to test that) and without &fmt (that differs in a couple of bytes from &fmt=5).
At 32Kbps that is an excellent sound quality. It is strange but in your case YouTube as not encoded the other formats 5, 6, 13, 17, 18, 22, 34, 35 only Nill 26.8 MB.
I think you have discovered another strange behaviour of YouTube codification!
I wish you a Merry Christmas and an Happy New Year.
