i always understood that one of the basic rules of firearms was to know what you're shooting and what's beyond it. seems like if you can't properly aim, you're breaking that rule, because you can't adequately predict where the bullet will be going. and while you may say "i was on a closed range" or "it was impossible for me to miss," it doesn't seem like a good standard to set.
@coreysherwin you right - you do need a sight for tactical shooting, but once again, why would you need it if you just test the mag???
as you, i dont think that "i was on a closed range" or "it was impossible for me to miss," is a good excuse if you need to hit - but if you donr care for the hits, for example when you test mag's...
I was going to ask that as well. Hum, he must be just using the front sights. I will have to try that out and see if it works well. I can not see how it would at long range though.
@caatactical It just does not look right. It gives me the impression of doing something half way or sloppy. Because of being impatient. I know others have done the very same thing. And I have felt the same way then as now. I always felt that If something is worth doing whatever it is, It should be done right the first time around. Even if no one is looking, Or watching me. But that is my way of doing things. BTW your mags seem to work fine. Best, yl
