Remember after graduated high school and worked in the Vespa shop for 6 months, it was 1980, and went through CB100, CB350, KZ250, CBX400, FZR600, VFR800, GSXR600, Z750s, Speed Triple, ZRX1100r, Harley FXDLI and MP3 400ie, now can't wait to get back on Vespa again, it is no joke.
There is more to being a mod than riding a scooter and wearing a parker. These people are poseurs. Nothing more. All those flags ane mirrors...It's just a bit silly.
Worse than that -they are piss strained old men without a bastard clue of what a mod is. A geriatric circus act that make real mods and other scooter owners look bad.
here's why...They don't dress like Mods. They take their scooters everywhere in a van. They think that you're are only Mod if you cover you scooter with lights and mirrors. They seem to think Mod music means The Who and very little else. Take a look at their forum and you'll see just how un-Mod they really are. Their attitude to anyone who doesn't want to customise a scooter, or anyone who's opinion differs with theirs completely sucks. That's why I slagged them off.
