Thanks for uploading! I am going to try to upload a lot of Mind's Eye related stuff on my page but I have to hold a camera against the screen which pisses me off. I have the series on VHS but am trying to upgrade to DVD.

This is all fine and good, but, there is something missing, and that is the desperate cry and honesty of Steve Walsh's singing. Without him Kerry's music would have fell flat on it's face. This singer is nice, but harmless, you don't care, with Steve, you had the feeling every note meant everything to him, even if he didn't necessarily agree with it. Long live Steve Walsh!

I love this song. Kerry is not only a musical prodigy, but one of the most underappreciated guitar players of our time. I've actually got the VHS version of Odyessy - my kids used to watch it over and over!!!!

If I'm not mistaken, there're some things here from STAR TREK and Babylon 5 and some homage to STAR WARS as well. Great video clip.

I'm looking for a clip form one of the Mind's eye videos. Can someone please help? It's a clip that sounds like a child is singing and the lyrics are something like
"All that I know, is when I'm older I will look them in the eye"
If anyone knows please let me know.

It's actually from a video called "Imaginaria", which is of a similar format and from the same company as the Mind's Eye series. I remember that, but not the name of the song. I hope that helps you find it.

This is my favorite movie in "Odyssey into the Mind's Eye" video. But that movie is called "One Dark World", not "Expanding Universe." And it happens to be the fourth movie, not the eighth.

Ok, after doing a little research, the video/album is "Odyssey Into The Minds Eye" (fourth DVD of the series).
The musician is not Steve Morse, it is Kerry Livgren, and the lead singer is Darren Rogers.
The name of the song is "One Dark World".

This is not Thomas Dolby. It's Steve Morse on Guitar. Don't remember who the singer is. Beautiful song, though.
