@era562 the ford lightning is faster then the srt10. even though people said that the srt10 was faster because of the stats. but in all the videos on youtube the lightning won against the srt10. the srt10 has so much power (500hp) BUT its such a heavy truck that all that power is wasted just trying to get it going. if dodge made a smaller truck and put that viper engine in it, i think it would be a really good race. im a ford guy, thats what i think.

@burton301 Does anyone think the race is ever 2 stock vehicles? I have an '04 Ram SRT10 and a "04 Lightning. They are both incredible vehicles. A lot has to do with the driver. The SRT is heavier and harder to launch. If both vehicles are launched properly the SRT will win every time with a good driver. Don't ask my word for it though. Most people that comment usually don't have either one but they ALWAYS have all the knowledge. The truck in this video is sick....

Anyways, get a lightning and go race a srt-10 ram. I have a SRT-10 QC and i've raced a lightning that had same mods as me (intake and exhaust) and i won by 1.3secs and had a extra 3mph trap speed
