what kind of chuck is this in the video also can u please tell me some brands of watchmakers lathe chucks that i can buy becase i have just bought a lorch 6mm lathe and finding a little bit hard to find a chuck

I have a Lorch 6mm as well and it came with a very good assortment of collets. It's actually very difficult to find 6mm collets and no one makes them new anymore. Your best bet would be to find them used on E-bay, make sure they're Lorch brand, those will work best with your lathe and Lorch collets are very nice and accurate.
