I dont understand why you used a mbc. Considering the fact it is not a 3 port, it should be a lot harder to tune your boost curve. the MBC was just extra money it seems.
I suggest trying turning your wastegate actuator back a bit to hold the boost better because your using the 2 port mbc.

Maybe because they were run on a different dyno? Mustang Dyno reads alot more than the Dyno Dynamics. If you look at the shoot out (engine) HP in the other video of the Blue Evo X, its right where it should be.
