You know the funny thing about the French is they protest all the time about social justice but the battle between the rich and the poor isn't a battle between the corporations and workers but it's between older workers with all these generous benefits and protections versus the younger workers that can't get a job because of the generous benefits and protections. Socialist ideals are path to bankruptcy in a competitive world.

You don't have to have the France turn into some sweatshop state but a 40 hr work week is not going to kill any Frenchmen and maybe not making it nearly impossible to fire someone in their country wouldn't be so bad either.

I believe in a complete free enterpise system where a company can outsource its work to the lowest bidder., ie China, India or Central America, if French or American employees don't settle for a minimal wage, a company can move their operations oversea & sut down their US or European workforce.
