I'll give you a few starting points. Tosin Abasi, Guthrie Goven, Pat Metheny, Allan Holdsworth. If you want it C G C F then you have to make it so the 9th fret on the E string sound the same as an open A string. Then you have to make it so that the open A string sound the same as the 7th fret on the E string. Then the other strings you just 5th fret A string = open D string and then 5th fret D = open G. Or you could just tune every string a step down and then tune the E string like you would drop D :p Hope this helps
