This is definitely a '90s sketch. I'll agree with mrsgreen2007. '95 sounds about right for this. I'm not generally a fan of Sesame Street's '90s stuff, but these were very good.

this came out right before grunge took over, 1990 I think this was first shown. I always loved the pig singer because he's supposed to be "metal" but dressed in a white suit like disco!
