  • you're an idiot if you think her form is bad. When you lean back slightly, your legs go forward a little. This does not constitute cheating. Those of you who think your body has to stay vertical the whole time probably only do pullups on the lever machine at the gym.

I see people everyday who can bench huge weight and do pulls up but cant run a mile, or give out of breath walking stairs. If you have a small gas tank all that power is pretty useless.

  • I've known this woman my entire life. She has been an athlete her entire life. On of the ways you can tell she doesn't use steroids is that her muscles are not defined bulges when she's not using them. Try outrigger paddling and you will see many more natural bodies of women like this.

Food doesn't provide the same quantity of protein easily (eating 10 chickens for one dose). That way, not being natural, great amounts of protein harms. Also, creatine exists in body in very little amount. It's like protein, overdoing harms seriously and especially the heart. That is, the body is used to little amounts of these things, and problems appear after many years.

  • I think moving the legs forward is cheating, I know when I do that I could easily pump out another 5 reps.

    So good form. I think not, could get probably 10-12 without positioning the legs like that.

  • @bootneck1979 kipping is a training mechanism to be able to do these types of strict pull ups. I kip, and I'm solidly over 20 pull ups. Nothing worth posting a video about and granted kipping in general isn't video worthy either but the occasional kipping workout will shock the system and help you reach your goals mate. I just got my first muscle up on an ergonomic bat yesterday ^^
