@bootneck1979 kipping is a training mechanism to be able to do these types of strict pull ups. I kip, and I'm solidly over 20 pull ups. Nothing worth posting a video about and granted kipping in general isn't video worthy either but the occasional kipping workout will shock the system and help you reach your goals mate. I just got my first muscle up on an ergonomic bat yesterday ^^

You folks do not know what "good" form is. A proper dead hang pull up is performed without any movement whatsoever from the lower body. This young lady brought her lower body forward which helped her to complete most of the reps. However if she is performing the kipping version than lower body movement is permitted. I myself prefer the dead hang version. Kipping should be considered only as a training method used to increase a persons dead hang pull up numbers.
