@tamiasthechipmunk The original plan was to have it done in time for the AGO convention this summer, but that obviously didn't work out and I'm not complaining. With an organ like that, surely they cannot claim inadequacy. Even if there are a couple of things that would be nice to add, the current one is more than enough for the time being. However, I would like to see a baroque tracker in the west gallery, as was previously envisioned.
Correction....this is the Great Organ of Washington National Cathedral. This instrument was once Skinner's crowning opus, until Aeolian SKinner came in and changed a few things. Still this remains my favorite organ...I will be very sad when it gets replaced. The Aeolian SKinner at St. Thomas NYC may suffer a similar fate from what I've been told

I believe its on hold due to budget shortfalls.
