I saw Stevie in Carnegie Hall in 1984 before I moved back to Venezuela and the most amazing thing about Stevie apart from his brilliant composing, arranging, playing and singing was that while he was doing his concert you could actually hear what your friend said, the sound was incredible not too loud and not too soft, perfect volume. I hear so much how complicated Stevies chords are. I'm not a musician and I wanted to hear from real musicians. Is it true and why does Stevie play the black keys alot. Not that I noticed, but I read somewhere that he favors the black keys in his compositions.

Stevie chords are so difficult cuz he does not play common popular chordz dat have alwayz been used in popular music.He will play alot of 7th chords(major,dominant, Minor 7ths) with sharp 5th,or 7th.about him favoring black keyz I dont see anything to suggest he does. All ido is in the key of Bmajor(which jus so happen it only uses two white keyz,but if it was in C, he would use all white keys.YOu are the sunshine of my life is n C.
