maybe even a letter to her (to send or not to send) just to cleanse yourself of the sadness and any anger... then I would nurture yourself. Do something wonderful for YOU. Something YOU love. Fill yourself up with good energy and you will attract more of that. I know it's hard when all you feel is pain. Hang in there. I"m sending you all my healing/manifesting vibes for NEW & WONDERFUL LOVE to come into your life.

Thanks Sandy for this great video. My grandma told me once to be very specific about what I wanted in a man, because you really get what you want. My grandfather was EXACTLY how she wanted her husband to be, with the qualities she wanted, he was a man of integrity, with a kind heart and respectful to women. You just reinforced what she told me!! Thanks.
I did this with my journal and my meditiation, it is very powerful, I got all I wished for and more. It just took me getting clear with what I wanted and also allowing myself to align with my higher self so I was ready for her to come in.. Life is fun!!
Yes it's very powerful. I met my heart companion 14 years ago two months after creating a vision board with his qualities and those I wanted to offer a man..I was forty years old and never lived with a man. Now I am grateful every day for this wonderful gift in my life.
