Okay, they hint so much that Jack is the Face of Boe, but he can't be! He can't die and Face of Boe does. And In the New Earth episode, Face of Boe says that he will meet the Doctor for the 'third time'. If he was actually Jack, he would have met him a heck of a lot more.

series 3 was the best season i would have it better though had i been producer the christmas special the runaway bride would have been chucked for a better story smith and jones would have had a different storyline gridlock would have been chucked for a better storyline so would evolution of the daleks which could have been a lot a better if it had been set on a futuristic earth colony rather than 20th century earth.

The best scene in series 3 was in voyage of the damned when the doctor said his ''i'm the Doctor, I'm a Time lord'', speech. that was easily the best line in series 3.
