I am aware of contersteer techniques. It is easier said then done. I adjusted the air pressure in my rear tires which made a big difference. Good luck with APEX. Will it be your first time on the track? What kind of car do you have?
I plan on taking some lesson through Apex academy sometime this year. Do they not teach you skid control technique? Maybe you know it by now, but when the rear wheel breaks loose like that you need to counter-steer really fast and big to keep the tail from getting whipped around.
