Eminem produces a lot of his own songs for those of you thinking Dre does all of it, Em has a natural gift for finding melodies, considering why his flow is so brilliantly perfected. he such a creative mind that obviously he was eventually gonna take up producing when he got in the industry, he's always co-produced with the Bass brothers even before he got in the industry and they help bring his melodies to life, but he came up with the actual beat from scratch.

I think Eminem tells Luis Resto what tune he want to play and after that Slim records the drums on the composition. In an old interview Slim said he often hum melodys to his co-producer, in this case its Luis Resto or Jeff Bass. Imo such amazing beats can only be done with alot of peoples, influences and a good team around and behind you. I think Dre is the biggest influence.

Yeah, 2Pac had a TON of unreleased studio sessions that were technically owned by Death Row/ Suge Knight. Then when Suge went to jail, the rights were sold and all that material was released on several discs....

Eminem just happened to be good buddies with Jimmy Ioveen who is a huge player behind the scenes. He got on both 2Pac and Biggies posthumous albums..... Lucky guy if you ask me...
