These are, briefly, the facts of his case. He was guilty of murdering another person during a robbery. There are consequences for those actions. Life is about the choices and decisions we make. Mr Chi made a very bad choice when he killed another person. Today he paid the piper.
Anyway, I agree. The facts that he was unable to contact the appropriate people dose in my view warrant a full investigation because that's wrong! This should not have suspended his execution because the crime was still the primary issue. It's my view that we were fully well aware of his actions and took that chance. Therefore, regardless of what the people of 'Amnesty International' say he should face the death penalty.

This should not have suspended his execution because the crime was still the primary issue. It's my view that we were fully well aware of his actions and took that chance. The fact that he was unable to contact the appropriate person(s) during the arrest is a matter which I feel needs to be investigated. However, this shouldn't impede the planed execution because it doesn't change the fact he committed a crime punishable by death. - I am sure he knew that before he did it!
