Ahh.. I see what you're getting at now. I've actually seen our Xooms here at work operate the same way, and we've been told it's due to the fact their menus accelerate as you use 'em. Co-worker has just said his Galaxy 10.1 has a way to adjust the sensitivity down on the scrolling as well, and claims when it's down low, that's the response he gets. Still... good eye :)
