It's called a 2-step. Some engine management systems have this feature. Allows you to program what rpm you want to launch at. Floor the gas and the engine won't rev above your set rpm. Also allows turbo cars to build boost before launch. Disengages with whatever the driver wants to disengage it with. This is NOT anti-lag.

Yeah, pretty much. I think the way it is achieved is by repeatedly cutting the ignition (or something to that effect). Anti-lag on the other hand (from what I understand) is achieved by spraying fuel directly before the turbine housing into the exhaust stream when off the throttle. The hot exhaust ignites the fuel, and the resulting pressure from the expansion keeps the turbo spinning. May have missed a few things, but I believe that's the basics on how those 2 systems work.

Supra's in my opinion have a much more bold entrance and stance in the world of cars! The new GT-R's are very expensive and have a lot of bell's and whistle's where as a supra-lets say 1998- 10 year old and costs about $25k and you got balls on wheels at a decent price!

i think ur talking about flutter... when the turbo is making boost and u back off the throttle the pressure bounces off the throttle and make the flutter noise as it passes back through the intake... unless u have a bov, then it passes out that. pretty simply explained but yer.
