  • Wow...I was checking some of your videos on determinism and then I bumped into this! Great!

  • This is awesome! What's the high arctic?

  • your style sounds a bit like bjork

  • Nice! Cool song & video!

  • I love this . I forgot all about this album . I would rock it in the crossfire daily.

  • I really want to join a Martian cult movement. (I'm not joking at all)

Something where people who really want the idea of colonizing mars to happen, can meet up, hang out, party or date.

Contact me, I used to be in the mars society but that was more like national geographic, a little bit too stuffy and bureaucratic.

  • "ABSENCE OF EVIDENCE IS NOT EVIDENCE OF ABSENCE." This quotation was uttered by a NASA scientist in regard to the search for intelligent life. But it can be applied also to the search for the ultimate form of intelligent life: God.

  • trustyshellback - No it can't because "God" cannot be defined. There is nothing to find evidence for, if we don't know what to look for. That is a huge difference that you are overlooking.

  • Amazing video ! Great song ! Awesome lyrics ! I love your voice ! Nice skirt ! Keep up the good work ! Mars will be a wonderful place to live for mankind. Peace and Wisdom from France !

  • I love Zia.

    I love Mars.

    I love space.

    I love the skirt.

  • If a space mission on a first visit to an intelligently inhabited planet needed someone to represent our species, I'd nominate you! Music is a UNIVERSAL language! I'd be hear waiting to hear the music you'd bring back from there!

  • Oh yeah, do you program all the music? I bet that you do... and your voice is fantastic..... it's only perfect...

  • I usually write all the parts. I did "Martians" on my own. 3 other songs on this album were written by my x-band-mate Liz Lysinger. Other than that I've taken drum and sound design contributions from friends from time to time. It's fun to collaborate like that sometimes, but I usually prefer to write in isolation. :)

  • oh yeah, ... well at :50 seconds it really starts to kick ass...and then again at 1:45 simply fircken awesome, I mean really a fantastic digital punch in the face..... I played bass and recorded in 1984 with the NAR (No Apparent Reason) now I'm all into digital programing.... I'm glad I found you.... 5 big ones...

  • Mars-- 76 degrees in the sun, minus 250 degrees in the shade... we would instantly freeze just by simply walking into the shade... Intriguing..? indeed, love this music, I just recorded the punk rock blues explosion.... Author Z Sitchin has some great theories about mars and the summerian text... oh and the life that previously existed there.....

  • Yes, the skirt is definitely a nice touch. If we do get to Mars I will bring my golf clubs.

  • This video changed my life. Thank you.

PS - Where are your laser blasters?

  • The laser blasters were supposed to attach to my arm bands but I didn't have time to finish my costume..

  • im telling you all all the nasa chat is a lie....we are iving inserted in a marix

the true is much much worser

  • If I am living in a matrix, can you tell a programmer to up my income or something? I wouldn't mind being better looking either.

    Thanks.

  • yeah...right...they drive on piece of shit yank automobiles on mars...lol

  • Dude, this was done with no budget..other than to get my ass to the high canadian arctic and use the stuff they had there.. including a totally awesome HumV with tracks that was driven across the sea ice (by the way, that is a real military grade one.. not the ridiculous gas hogs soccer moms buy.) Just pretend that is a high-end battery powered PRESSURIZED rover. lol.

  • lol this is hilaroius

you can almost match some photos taken by nasa with the background.

hmmmmmmm what is going on here

  • Devon Island is amazingly mars-like, indeed.

  • So, it is possible for the Mars programme to be a fabrication.

  • oh god. don't even go there.

  • maybe if we could actually get to mars without losing to much damn engine gas or w/e suree we could...

  • everyone is worried about the gas powered vehicle, but not the fact that I'm wearing a SKIRT??? :)

  • Actually, as far as "gas" goes, we would generate fuel on Mars years before sending humans there. this would be done by sending "Earth return vehicles" packed full of supplies, including oxygen generators and fuel generators. They would bring extra hydrogen then do some chemistry 101 with local resources. The generators would automatically deploy and start doing their thing, so that by the time humans get there it's ready. The spare ERVs may come in handy too. :) Anyway, that's one viable plan.

  • zubrin, ftw, stupid beaurocratics and skepticism (not to mention money wasting war mongering).

the song could use more "oompth". but it's nerdy enough. and skirt does look the most off. ;)

  • I like this.

  • awexome

  • Totally rad
