In all honesty, the best choice would just be for every game to have custom control layouts. Not that I don't support the cause, I do, but for the time being, that's the best they'll do. There are experimental brain chips out there now that control devices, sounds crazy but its legit. So I don't know, maybe you could look into that, but that's a little crazy since it's experimental.
