OK several things.

one: ignore all my previous comments

two: im having an error: image not found: /tut/tutblock.png even tho tutblock.png is in tut which is in /jars/minecraft.jar, so help plz

three: FOR THOSE HAVING THE @MLProp issue/s, make sure you have the decompile fix version, and remember to uncomment the package source.

Hey, I've got everything down to a tee apart from the MLProp line. The error that it pulls up is:

"Type mismatch: cannot convert from MLProp to Annotation".

How do I fix this?

@Mirobe55 I had that problem as well, I fixed it by opening the minecraft.jar folder in the package explorer in eclipse, then copying the ModLoader.class files there. Run cleanup.bat, then run decompile.bat, open eclipse and see if it works.

hey i did everything right and it works but when i reobfuscate and get the class files i put them in my regular minecraft jar with modloader and my folder with the picture of the block it crashed my minecraft every time please help!

thanks great tutorial. The only problem is with the terrain picture override thingy...

i typed in the code as my picture "/coolblock/coolblock.png" then saved it exactly how you did. when i pressed f11 in eclipse its still saying how it cannot find the file. can anyone tell me any other ways to save so minecraft can find the file??

@thejam7129 capitalization is key bud, make sure the your actual image file, and folder name is coolblock and make sure your .png is .png not .PNG (I've had this happen before :])
