@siganarchy - no, actually, they don't put these videos on youtube to get you to spend money. someone actually cares that there are people who need to know how to do this. i learned this myself without videos years ago because i have a family history of skin cancer and melanoma and thankfully, having learned this routine a long time ago, i have hopefully found my melanoma early enough to not lose my life.
