Saw this same Captain actor 8/12/10. Great impersonation, the little pirate kids were so cute in the act. The other captain wasn't there that morning-disappointing.
This is definitively a newer addition, very cool though. Their Jack Sparrow has the actions down pat, not quite the voice, but definitely the motions. I cant wait to see this live.
It's great fun. I think there is more than one person who plays Jack Sparrow. I saw one in a video that had the perfect voice. But yes, this one needs to work on his voice a bit. I hope the Pirate's Tutorial continues to show. With the recent cutbacks, though, the Disney corporation might end up cutting this. I heard they cut Jack Sparrow out of Disneyland, so who knows what the future will bring.
The guy who played Mac in this was the same one that my family and I saw. He is the best Mac! He kept coming over to me playing with my Mickey pirate hat haha.
I believe there are only 2 Macs. This one is definitely the better one of the two. I would say his popularity is equal to that of Jack Sparrows in the parks.
