Woman's Car Stalls on Tracks; Officer Gets Her out but Car is Hit

My verdict: she was shitfaced. She didn't just stall on the tracks, she drove her car ONTO them, at an angle, and got stuck. She took her sweet ass time getting out of the car and then staggered around (1:30), clutching the gate mechanism on her way by. She then went into irrational hysterics after the collision, prompting the cop to wonder if there WAS somebody in the car after all (he was standing @ her window a long time, and had plenty of opportunity to look inside for other passengers).
