Hi Barry. I recorded that clip driving through a tunnel while driving my truck. There are several tunnels going through mountains in my state. Usually they'll have 2 tunnels, one for each direction, but they had the other tunnel closed for maintenance, so both directions of traffic flow were going through only one of the tunnels.
