@eastnygoon138 I actually saw your comment, and im guessing you dont know much about sledge levering. since I tied for the world record in sledge levering at the Capital Grip Cup, i can comment on your remark. that lift was preformed exactly the way it was susposed to be done thankyou.
@rico300zx I guess I don't know as much as I thought I did about sledge levering because I have never heard about or seen it done this way. Is this method just to train the wrist more dynamically?
@eastnygoon138 In this video i was actually just goofing off to see if i could do this parallel. But in all truth it is very simular to a lift called the "Weaver Stick" to the rear from old time strongmen. google it to find out more. i use it to toughne up my hand webbing for front levers to the nose.
@rico300zx I've heard about the Weaver Stick from my dad, hes a big fan of Grimek and those old school grip guys. I gave the tchnique in the video a go the other day(with a 10lb sledge lol) and found it to be pretty fun. A new and interesting way to train, thanks.
