The video is Chinese because CCTV 8 is a Chinese channel in mainland China. (I just moved here recently) You could also tell because at the end the websites www.pepsi.com.CN which is the ending for all Chinese laguage websites. I think the baby was another commercial that the person who filmed this forgot to cut it off.
