@misswarpants wrong, if he was making this arrest properly, he wouldn't have punched this girl in the face and had his back turned to the suspect he originally was arresting? They were resisting arrest, but the officer was in the wrong for arresting someone for J-walking. lol embarrassing.

Ohh for fuck sakes. He did the right thing by defending himself even if that means giving the girl a black eye or bloody nose. @lonedove1981 Walsh has been temporarily re-assigned and then transferred.... the Seattle Department swept this case under the rug, just like many other cases they didn't want to go further by reveling Officer Walsh's shady past. The poor can't fight a case like this in court, the case would have reviewed officer training and it would have concluded that he was wrong to punch the girl in the face.

The cop was wrong, the police officer overreacted and it seems that the Seattle Police department is always defending themselves. The Feds have sided with police in many cases and in those same cases the courts end up siding with the public.

The police officer then decided make an arrest, never in the history of Seattle has someone been arrested for J-Walking. The grown man hired to serve and protect punches a citizen in the face.The police officer wasn't threatened by the girls and turns his back on the one he originally wanted to arrest in the video.
