  • how horsepower they have with the gt45r ebay turbo ?

  • @sari100power lol no idea, it was only on there for like a week until I got my replacement turbo shipped in.

  • @sari100power lol ebay 45's aren't even 80mm either lol.....pretty bad when you cheap out on a very important part of the engine setup.

  • @TheBeatSamurai yah I know that now, I had always gone with HKS BOV's before this but a friend recommended the Tial saying it has a better more mechical sound to it. hehe

  • love it

  • i want to get a supra like that too

  • if u turbo charge a supra u need to change the trancemision and backe right?

  • @ericngohp there are 2 versions of the Supra MK4, the 2JZ-GTE which is Twin Turbo right from the factory, and the 2JZ-GE which is NA, but in either cases no you do not need to change the trans or brake. Supra's actually held the world record for 70mph-0mph braking speed until recent years, they held the record for like 7-8 years.

  • @darksniper1982 will i need to change the trancemision?

  • @ericngohp no, there are plenty of people who run the auto trans in their Turbo Supra's. It's just that the 6 speed Getrag V160 is capable of more than the NA Supra's trans is.

  • @darksniper1982 well do i have to change the stalk trance if i turbo my na supra? i'm a beginer at this

  • @ericngohp you can keep the stock trans, the 6 speed is better but, your stock trans will work fine.

  • you sound like a total moron, and that is an EBAY turbo... What a joke, and way to ruin a supra.... Ashame

  • @BoostedTurbo are you really that retarded? try reading previous posts... it was a TEMPORARY turbo while my GT45R was being shipped, the REAL TURBO grenaded on a 4 lane freeway and smoked up the entire freeway. So were you born this retarded or did it take practice?

  • @BoostedTurbo In case you didn't sense the sarcasm when I said "The Pride and Joy of the Car".... moron.

  • @BoostedTurbo you sound like a total cock muncher. And its VERY easy to troll like you..see im trolling..just like you...ashame...troll......troll some more....anddd troll some more... fuck it ima go on a ride, nice supra btw bud haha

  • @BoostedTurbo you cocky lil fuck. IM STARTING A YOUTUBE FIGHT ..... Fucking hater...

  • @Nettikturbo if you'd read previous posts that was a temporary turbo until the GT45R that grenaded on me and smoked up a 4 lane highway was replaced. The "pride and joy" was sarcasm, I guess it eludes some people.

  • nice

  • supra is the best car i ever drive, specially the twin turbo

  • How is it to drive an Aerotop, does it annoy you like whistle/leak/etc?? Does it make a mad helicopter noise without the wind deflectors, or do you still have them on?

  • @RavenLukoszek no noise, whistle and very nice to have.

  • o2 sim because of no cat?

  • You need a smaller turbo that is less laggy. You should look into the PT 7175 CEA dual ball bearing turbo for your daily driver Supra.

  • @kageryu311 It's only extremely laggy from a dig, once I hit 2nd it spools a lot better.

  • 1000cc injectors are tiny for that setup -- ID2000s for the win! Otherwise, looks good!

  • Comment removed

  • @papaown Hmmm, 2000cc for this large turbo on E85 is not overkill. I do not know much about Supras - I am a Subaru guy ... but a 2.5 liter Subi running a GT35 turbo (that's 65lbs of flow) would require 1600cc injectors if they wanted to have a 90% IDC on E85 (more than 90% is stupid IMO). I have ID2000s for a Element Tuning GT75 turbo (75lbs of flow) ... I won't max out the injectors, but I will probably be around 1800cc (for a 90% IDC). A GT45 turbo is bigger than a GT35 or mine.

  • @papaown 2000cc injectors for an 80mm Supra overkill? Do you know the duty cycle that his turbo would use at full boost? If he is trying to make over 1000whp on E85, 2000cc injectors are perfect for that power.

  • @kageryu311 hence why I am not pushing high boost really. lol it is a daily driving setup not a stroker motor.

  • Get 1600Cc injectors and run E85 ;)

  • Pennsylvania FTW

  • is that an bay turbo?

  • china turbo 69.5 mm compressor

  • i would watch out with a filter like that running a bigger turbo my friend sucked to invetered part of the cone into the turbo running a 35R on only 19psi

  • damn man is this your everyday setup???

  • @cekipa yes it is, I had some other stuff done to it recently though, it is tuned for a different fuel, E85 so that I can run higher boost safely.

  • @darksniper1982 nice im thinking of dropping in a big single but im scared that its gona be a bit too much for everyday use. how does the clutch feel in heavy traffic?

  • @darksniper1982 Why not just run meth? When they have more E-85 stations where I live I may switch over. But for now to inconvenient so use meth 50/50

  • @DVcustomZ

I think you just answered your own question lol. He more than likely has plenty of E-85 stations near him.

  • @papaown I do not know of an area that has has enough E-85 to support daily driving yet. Where as meth lasts and is sold everywhere. And given the flow rates makes e-85 not the best choice fror DD. I was refering to my race car not my DD. DD is meth

  • @DVcustomZ I have a station right down the road that sells E85 from the pump

  • how many hp?

  • @Eltern10 with that setup using the Temporary Ebay replacement turbo I have no clue probably 650ish, maybe 700. But now with a real GT45R on, 893whp @ 28 PSI on E85 daily driving tune.

  • @darksniper1982 so your runing that china gt45 turbo with no after market piston , machined head , valves , stock cams ect ect and you was running how much psi at 700 ?

  • Nice car, but nice camera too haha. Im glad someone who can afford a nice car can afford a nice camera to film the nice car for once.

  • @bryan1693 hehe yah I hate when people have expensive car's but cheap out on a camera, nothing like recording a rare and amazing car in HD =)

  • @darksniper1982 man one of the nicest and cleanest supras on youtube clean image too! Any more videos ?

  • Every single GT35 i search is for says 2jz. wtf.

  • Ebay turbo?

  • @eclipsegsx765 yep, if you'd read old post's you could have answered your own question, it was on until I got my replacement GT45R shipped (I blew it doing one hell of a freeway pull at about 180mph). I didn't want to run the car NA until it got shipped so I have this one that sits in my garage for when a turbo goes on me (they tend to go fast on higher hp cars).

  • @darksniper1982 no, i mean wtf is a ebay turbo. l

  • @eclipsegsx765 ah ok, well the turbo says GT45 (they don't call it a GT45R cause they cant) on it. But its actually a Garrett knock off made in china, it is a good temporary replacement if you blow a real GT45R but they do not hold up at all compared to a brand name turbo. Think of it like a woman's purse (LOL), you can get a knock off of like Prada or whatever but nothing is as good as the real thing. And if you go on ebay and type in GT45 you'll see a lot of the cheap chinese versions

  • @eclipsegsx765 the Chinese version costs about $300-$400 (off ebay) and a REAL Garrett GT45R is about $3000. the difference is the durability and dependability. Chinese turbo's are cheaply made and are unpredictable under high boost. But they made a good substitute as a temporary replacement while you buy a new REAL turbo or replace your old one, as long as you don't beat on the car while is it on there, or try to run high boost from it. Hope this clears up a few things for ya =)

  • @darksniper1982 Yeah, it did thanks man. Just i seen alot of people say "EBAY TURBO" & i'm like what the fuck is that. lol.

  • @eclipsegsx765 the reason my GT45R is $3000 is it is a 80mm turbo, so its pretty big. You can get a smaller one for pretty cheap. Just always always always go with brand, HKS, Turbonetics, Precision Turbo, Greddy, Garrett all good brands.

  • Comment removed

  • @darksniper1982 only reason I'm asking is because my T28 i had in blew. Soo I'm trying to find a cheap turbo to put in until i save up to get a Greddy GT35.

  • @eclipsegsx765 yah man if you really are wanting to go that route you could look on ebay for a cheap GT35, put in on while you save for your GT35R, just don't push the limits of the chinese GT35 is all. They are all over ebay for like $300-$400

  • @darksniper1982 carefull with those cheap ebay turbos they can explode and ruin your engine better to pay the extra 300 for a legit one

  • @eclipsegsx765 if you want a good cheap turbo search for the fp green red or black turbos on buschur racing .

  • @darksniper1982 oh ok. lol. I'm looking for a cheap turbo for my 98 eclipse gsx. & idk what to get.

  • @eclipsegsx765 honestly I wouldn't get a "cheap turbo" that is something you don't really want to cheap out on. Cause when a turbo does go it is going to grenade through your engine and leave metal chips in your intercooler, blow them back through your catalytic converter and out your exhaust, can leave metal chips in your engine. Brand turbo's have less of a chance of doing this, and they last a lot longer (from experience). A small single turbo for your car won't be that expensive.

  • @darksniper1982 so true thumbs up to you never cheap out on your turbo or your going to spend way more for your engine later on

  • @kcarrera1 well like I said just keep it at low boost and its a TEMPORARY replacement if you are getting a real turbo soon. Its better than running the car NA. lol

  • i b seein tha supra on mainstreet

  • Hate to bust your bubble bro but thats not a gt45r. That's an ebay turbo. Total difference. A decent turbo but not a garrett.

  • @danthaman101 if you'd read old post's the Turbo was removed months ago shortly after this video actually. It was just a Turbo I slapped on to be an "in between" after I blew my GT35R and was going to move up to a GT45R. I bought the Turbo kit for it and slapped a cheap turbo on it just so it'd run (rather than running it NA) while I waited for Titan Motorsport's to have time to install and tune my GT45R (didn't want to install myself and ruin anything, am not amazing with cars I know basics =)

  • @danthaman101 and in case you couldn't sense my sarcasm when I said "the pride and joy of the car" when I showed the Turbo, then you aren't really bright =)

  • @darksniper1982 Well, I guess hes bright enought too know that sarcasm and ironic expressions dont work well on the internett.

  • Your in Pennsylvania if so what part? I'm in york been looking for a Mk4 supra forsale around here.

  • @eclipsegsx765 NE PA. Pittston to be exact.

  • please PM me links, because I'm flat out saying those numbers your claiming are BS...and just curious if Titan tuned/built your car who tuned it?...I know who it should be because Titan built my 94

  • @WagonMafia12 PM'd you the link to both of my car's (my black 97 they built with 1171whp and a Greddy T88 which has since then been swapped to a GT47-88 I like Garrett better). And my 94 which they are in the process of building now to a full drag car for me. And Darin tuned both of my car's, he does most of their Supra tuning actually and I don't know about most but he street tuned mine rather than dyno tuned. He told me he can get a better tune from street pulls.

  • you should get the dash carbon fiber, it looks really sick

  • I wouldnt run the ebay knock off turbo for 5 minutes you dumb idiot

  • @RPM3VL wtf are you talking about? If you'd learn to read that Turbo hasn't been on the car for ages, it was put on only as a temporary replacement for the GT45R I had on it but blew it and smoked up a 4 lane highway. It was on the car for all of 2 weeks. Go hate somewhere else moron.

  • how much hp can you get out of a gt45r on pump fuel

  • @rs200000000000 from what I've heard you can do roughly 1000rwhp on 93 oct with the right setup and tune. But just like everything else, its ALL in the tune. I just don't want to run that high because there is risks. With a bigger turbo its easier like my 97 Supra. It has a 3.4L Stroker, and a GT47R-88mm single and is running 993rwhp on 93 octane, and 1171rwhp on C16 race gas. The car was built by Titan Motorsport's and the tune is perfect. It runs a little rich but always better rich than lean.

  • @darksniper1982 Is the 993rwhp 93 octane on straight pumpgas or 93+meth?

  • @scribklu It was on 93 octane, but 2 weeks ago it was retuned. I wasn't comfortable with that setup because I've heard terrible thing's about 900+whp setups on 93. I am now running it and tuned to E85 (have a station right around the corner from me so it works out good). I feel a lot more comfortable with this setup.

  • I love that ride! Get a vid when it get's all done, very proper supra you have, good for you and all your success, I will have one before I die!

  • Was it ever dynoed with the ebay turbo? Curious to know what it made compared to the 45r

  • @SumterGram lol no I actually wanted to put it on a dyno with it on there as a joke but Titan said it'd be a waste of time, the mechanic said the spool on them is terrible and that the numbers would fluctuate all over the place. Said it'd be almost impossible to get a exact number and that they heat up 4x faster than a brand Turbo and it would be dangerous.

  • Didn't know the ebay turbo could handle 893HP.

  • @SumterGram if you'd read old post's. the Turbo was removed months ago (shortly after this video actually). It was just a Turbo I slapped on to be an "in between" after I blew my GT35R and was going to move up to a GT45R. I bought the Turbo kit for it and slapped a cheap turbo on it just so it'd run while I waited for Titan Motorsport's to have time to install and tune my GT45R (didn't want to install myself and ruin anything, am not amazing with cars. I know basics =)

  • If you don't mind me asking, what do you do as a job to afford all this?

  • @666cemetaryslut Lawyer =)

  • @darksniper

    You're right. I don't understand because I own a bpu car... I think I proved my point

893whp at 34 psi on 93 oct.... Point proven right there

  • @kbhoioejma ohhhhh so now you're such a mechanical moron that you think 34 PSI isn't possible on 93 oct eh? God I hate idiots... You'd be the like 14th person I'd have to explain this too. Higher boost on lower octanes is possible only with an amazing cooling and intake system system, its all about how hot your turbo gets and compensating for it. I'm gunna PM your hater ass the link to my other Supra on Titan Motorsport's, and the one they are building for me now just to shut you the fuck up kid

  • @kbhoioejma well all u need is water meth injec and your good wink !

  • Lol @ darksniper.

What does my car have anything to do with what I know. It's my daily running 16psi of boost. I actually know more than you think. Don't make a dumb assumption based on my car.

So how many psi are you running for that 893hp?

  • @kbhoioejma My point is I wouldn't expect someone with a BPU car to understand my car. I'm not making a dumb assumption, the Supra in this video is also my DD (its a little rough on the clutch foot after awhile but its fine) just because a car is 893whp doesn't mean it can't be a DD. The car runs at 34 PSI and was tuned by Titan Motorsport's.

  • 893whp on 93 pump is highly unlikely. Even pump gas and meth is unlikely. If on e85 then maybe. But def not 93 oct. Oh and that doesn't look like a greddy ic either.

  • @kbhoioejma k well that is your opinion. I wouldn't expect someone with a 424hp SC300 to know what my car pushes. Your car is BPU at best, the 2JZ-GTE comes STOCK 320-325 hp depending on the year. So congrats, you threw 100hp worth of mods on your car and think you're a pro. I guess next you're gunna tell me that my 1247whp 97 Supra is also not running 93 oct eeh? I'll PM you the link to the car at titan motorsport's if you're really one of those loser's who needs proof. And it is a Greddy IC

  • idk what this guy is talkuing about ... the way this 2jz is set up it should make around 700-800 hp

  • @NaTaKuBoI444 yep. 893 on 93 oct. This is my daily driver though for the entire year except winter so I didn't go too crazy with it.

  • whats the HP on both rides?

  • @Tj1056 my red 98 is my daily driver and its 893whp on 93 oct. And my black 97 3.4L Stroker is 1247whp on 93 oct.

  • @darksniper1982 you live in the states?

  • @Tj1056 yep. PA

  • @darksniper1982 have any dyno vids? because its kinda hard to beleive that they are 893 and 1247hp...

  • @Tj1056 Have even better. I'll PM you the link to Titan Motorsport's. They have a section for car's that they have built, you can see my Black 97 on there, and I am also getting another one built by them as a drag car. Going to be 1400+hp with NOS. There will be 2 links. The black one is my 97, and I bought a stock 94 TT that they are rebuilding from the ground up for me to the ultimate level.

  • DAMN I WANT 1

  • The only thing toyota did right.

  • nice car dude...

  • haha u have the american model supra.. but still it a sweet ride.

  • @new14520 yah, the american version has more potential than the JDM spec. It came with better internals, and a few other things differ. The JDM version was even electronically limited to less top speed than the US spec from the factory.

  • @darksniper1982 incorrect

  • props man props love the car how much was the apexi boost controls

  • @rajiv360 Thanks man, and it was $429 when I bought it I believe.

  • love the car.. i want one for myself but its really hard to find it here around new jersey.. how much did you buy the car for? and how much for all the mods you put in?

  • @tennythomas123 to find a MKIV you have to be willing to look outward, get it shipped. Most of the Supra MKIV's seem to be owned by people down south and to west coast. Found mine in TN, and my Black 3.4L stroker I found in Ohio. I paid $14,000 for my 1998 red 3.0L (was stock), and put about $35,000 into it. and my 1997 black 3.4L Stoker GT47R-88mm single, I got that one stock as well and put well over $90,000 into the engine and the car itself. I ran a 8.710 1/4 with it, could have done better.

  • I need to get a real job so I can have toys like yours! I don't know what i'd do if this was sitting in my garage, it's sick, nice ride. I just have a turbo Mark two, but wanted a mark four ever since I was 16, before fast and the faggot came to theaters.

(I hated part one for having a supra in it against the charger)

  • @UserNamei5 haha, it blew up because it was a CHINESE knockoff turbo that the previous owner put on. Not Japanese, get facts straight kid.

  • @UserNamei5 You may be "Not Impressed" but it'd destroy your M3 any day of the week.

  • @darksniper1982 im impressed my buddy has a TT n his is red too! but his is only putting down 500hp w small parts but looks good!

  • *GASP* such an incredible car. you are indeed a fortunate and licky man, im 14 years old and this is my dream car, that and a few other cars. im most likely going to get a nissan 300zx twin turbo, theyre indeed beautiful and my second favorite next to the supra.

BTW i just asking is that an ebay gt45?

  • @JDMforever11 Yep, the previous owner put that on there. I recently swapped it for a REAL GT45R. I am turning it into a daily driver though.. I am buying a 97 Supra with a 3.4L Stroker, and a GT47R-88mm Single. Has a lot more done to it, and its a friend of mine so I know its not beat on. I'll post video's when I get it.

  • @darksniper1982 well im asking how is the reliability of the ebay gt45 have u ever had problems? and yeah 3.4 l thats badass theres a 3.4 supra on the tube pushing 1300rwhp more hp than the boost logic supra.

  • @JDMforever11 It blew after about 2000 miles. It was garbage, maybe the guy just got a bad one I don't know. It blew in a good way though, didn't grenade through the engine so I am glad for that, it just stopped spinning at able and the turbines have play in them (supposed to be completely solid). And actually the Boost Logic, Ryan Woon, and Titan Motorsport's are all pushing 1400rwhp+ (with NOS of course).

  • @darksniper1982 wow that sucks cus gt28's are expensive as shit thats where im going with my Z.

    good spool up.

  • @JDMforever11 yah, they say some last awhile but.. what do you expect? you can get a ebay GT45 for like $400... thats the cost of the REBUILD for a good turbo.. lol

  • @darksniper1982 lol i guess if you change the seals the turbo would be good that and tighten EVERYTHING lol.

  • @JDMforever11 in all honesty it would have cost more to rebuilt it than to just buy another turbo. lol

  • @darksniper1982 lol yea and PLUS its chinese metal.

  • bump for my old car, sold it to a guy in jamestown, tn now i guess you have it. Ive got another 98 tt 6spd now. I still miss this one though take care of it plzzzz

  • @supradupraTT hehe yep. its the same one, bought it off a friend at Grimsley Wheels, in jamestown TN. I am actually selling it back to him really soon, he misses it. He wants to turn it into a show car. I am getting a 97 with a 3.4L Stroker, and a GT47R 88mm single, pushing close to 900whp. Weird meeting the original owner of the car on here though lol.

  • That looks like my car. I only have a 74mm turbo though.

  • Dude fucking sick!

Maybe next video you can start itup and take it for a spin???

and also maybe spool up the turbo as well. i love the way 2jzs sound while spooling.

    Sexiest sound in the world!

  • @ki11joy92 Thanks man, I am actually getting another one real soon... a 97' with a LOT more work done to it, he took the 3.0L engine and bored it to a 3.4L stroker and much more. I'll post vid's of that as soon as I get it. Took it for a test drive the other day, the thing pulls like a monster, has a 88mm single (GT47R)

  • The HKS is annoying, I had one on my Supra as well, the TIAL is the best on the market by far.

And in case you weren't joking, it's actually pronounced (Apex Eye)

  • @mr2slo4u Yah I mean I like the all mechanical sound of the TiAL, but I love the sound of HKS too, it has that distinct sound that just about everyone knows. And really? I've gone to the Supra Meet's in Las Vegas 4x already and they've always said it like "Apex ee", odd.

  • Sweet T.I.A.L BOV and apexie boost controller!

  • @mr2slo4u Thanx, but I am thinking of going with a HKS SSQV BOV, I think they sound amazing =)

  • sorry its not the real garrett gt45r hurmm....

  • @sacagor LOL yah its not the same GT45R, even though I bought it right from garrett. whatever you say kid.

  • is a y2004k my friend ha the same turbo it sale at 300$ on ebay is a chinese turbo the reel garrett gt45r

  • wow man! your supra looks very clean!!! soo nice!

  • @Supralover79 Thanx man, its a work in progress.. Still need's a lot of work, I don't drive it much because it needs a bit more to spool that big ass turbo correctly, I dont want to blow the turbo, it cost $4,500. lol

  • @darksniper1982 omg, thats a lot!! O.o, ye man good luck! =]
