i just bought a new tower and just downloaded emergency 4 again to the new tower and now trying to download the LA mod but it will not go thru. im running windows vista can you tell me how to do this?

hi i have la mod 1.9 and i cant figure out how to install new light packages i have. i installed them with the mod installer but i cant get them to work could you please tell me sorta step by stem on how to get them on thanks a million! ps: i subbed
