that scroller in my video is drive by a 16F628...very simply...
with column drive by shift register and uln array transistor
and rows drive with a single shift register
now i'm developing a new 64x32 biColor matrix..but althought i use 18F452...i don't have anought RAM for the scroller...
and power for make a pwm illusion..
what pic are you using for manage you scroller?
