  • obviously it's going to be f-ing easy to tie up their legs if you KILLED THEM ALREADY. this is absolutely horrible. this should be illegal everywhere or the people who do it should be entitled to the same treatment. seems just to me to rope and break the neck of and tie up a human who could ever do this to an animal.

  • You people are so stupid. Where do you think those animals would be if not for rodeo? They'd be in your bigmack. I bet 99.9% of you people who comment/post these videos have NEVER been on a ranch, and if you have, you sure as hell weren't raised on one. And we do LOVE and CARE about our animals, we will spend every penny we have to help our animals, I've even skipped payments on my car to pay for my horses and cows. This is American history,

  • @inchwormswagger ""we do LOVE and CARE about our animals, we will spend every penny we have to help our animals"" This video, all our rodeo videos, proves you a liar or delusional imbecile.

  • @SHARKonlineorg

Okay, why don't you go look at some of my vett bills? Really, if I didn't LOVE and CARE about my animals, I wouldn't pay this much money for them, shotgun shells are a lot cheaper than a vet bill.

  • @inchwormswagger If you didn't put your animals in rodeo to be harmed, you wouldn't have to worry about so many vet bills.

  • @inchwormswagger are you that blind? this is not LOVE & CARE of animals. i don't think it's bad to eat meat but they could be raised HUMANELY and not killed brutally. THIS IS WRONG!!

  • the still do it in mexico

  • @onebigbass10 It's still legal is some US states as well.

  • People get over your self they have been doing steer roping, calf roping and allt he other Rodeo events for over a hundred of years I live in Lea County New Mexico and we enjoy the Rodeo Events and many people in this area make money and a living on the Rodeo Circut.

  • @mdkays Now there's something to be proud of: animal abuse for a living. Lea County loves its steer busting/steer killing events.

  • now thats fucked up ...animal cruelty ...yall motherfuckers should be the ones getting pulled by rope

  • that is horrible but that is not how all sheer tie down roping

  • @98horseluver This is not tie down roping. It's called steer roping, but the first real titles of this 'event' were steer busting and steer tripping.

  • you people are fucking dumb. rodeo kicks ass you guys just get butt hurt cuse your aint tough enough to ride or rope. all of you can go suck a wang. im gonna go ride a bull and eat a cheese burger cuse im a fucking human!!!

  • @xWakeupnexttomex Crawl back into your playpen, troll.

  • @xWakeupnexttomex ...your human? i could barely call any one of you wankers sane let alone human.

  • @xWakeupnexttomex you think this is okay? why dont you go be put on a rope, dragged round a wet, horrible place and have your neck broken? u know what? i will do it to u. its not normal. i hope this gets banned.

  • @xWakeupnexttomex I have a great idea! Im going to put you in a small cage. Break all of you're fingers. And repeatedly electrocute you for about 2 hours. Then im gonna let you out of your cage and force you to run away. When you get a little confident a rope will attatch to you're head and your neck will be snapped. Are you as excited as I am!?

  • How do you think cowboys doctored their cattle back in the day? They roped them. If they were by themselves, they used the steer tripping technique. They didn't have chutes back then, and they sure didn't baby their cattle like they do these days. They're just carrying on the old tradition.

  • @NaitomeaAlumina Regardless of what took place in the past, this is now a needless activity that harms animals.

  • Why do they do this, and why are they so cruel!?!? I'd like to put a rope around those cowboys and ram them everywhere.

  • why can't all of you guys see how the calfs are injured?! you are some fucking psychopaths!

  • @xDtommixD They see, they know, they just don't care.

  • its just a sport... they aren't trying to hurt the animals on purpose...

  • @2255cmorrison This 'event' is prevalent with animal injuries. Our videos prove that.

  • now thats how to rope a steer!! haha love this shit

  • @FARMERCAYLER That's what all the cowards and psychotics say.

  • Hey looks like fun to me and oh by the way collic can happen to any horse at any time even if it is never ridden a day in its life it could be a pasture horse n still die of collic before an on call vet can reach it.

  • haha ive never seen such a bunch of tree huggers in my life!

  • meat eaters and torturerers have a special place in hell you cowardly murderers!

  • "oohh noo the animals are being abused"..who gives an f apperently these tree huggers...you proably find hunting corrupt too? because eating meat bought from a store is just the humane thing to do..i find this amusing how you steal other people's videos and put them togeather to whine and bitch about them..if you really wanna make a difference show people how you treat animals the right way beacause i have never seen a video of one of you being nice to an animal all u do is whine and cry.

  • @wyattbowden We filmed these videos, witnessing the brutality towards animal firsthand. Documenting and exposing abuse is what our organization does.

Now, if you really want to make a difference instead of just criticizing the people who are out there doing so, please contact the rodeo and ask them to ""treat animals the right way"" and be ""nice to an animal"" because all they do is what you see in our films.

  • @wyattbowden burn in hell coward murderer, what goes around comes around !!! animals are sentient beings ,you should be ashamed of yourself you will get your one day, id rather be a hugger anyday then a coward who uses and abuses animals for your perverted sport and money!

  • gotta do this on my farm at times... sad to see but gotta do it sometimes...

  • @TheDecoyDude Purposely chase down, trip, flip and drag an animal without regard to breaking limbs or neck?

  • Get a Life and leave mine alone last time i looked this was a free country and an animal was animal we care for them they are a lower life form than i and so i think i have a say in what i can and can't do to them.

    Kiss my ass

  • @Cowboy81790 ""an animal was animal we care for them they are a lower life form than i"" Lower life form? Hardly. Cow crap has more dignity and respectability than you.

  • No...your facts are not straight. For example; you mentioned colic...it has nothing to do with roping. You are an extremist, taking isolated circumstances and manipulating them in your favor. Try diplomacy. I am not arguing over the moral issue here...I'm more concerned about how ignorant you are.

  • @TheFarrier4 "" you mentioned colic...it has nothing to do with roping"" We didn't say it had to do with roping. Need a hearing aid?

Animal after animal being tripped and dragged, limping out or being sledded out are not isolated circumstances. It is the nature of this 'event'. And it's sad that you focus on something you're completely wrong about, instead of the animals' suffering for entertainment.

  • SHARK needs to get their facts right. There is several things that you are incorrect on, or misquoting.

  • @TheFarrier4 Our facts are straight. Rodeo is abusive to animals.

  • Shake on them

  • if you care so much about the god damn steer then why dont you do something about it instead of sitting behind your desk and hiding and be a real man and grow a pair.this isnt cruelty to animals dip shit

  • @newgirl52 Explain why they're carting the animals out.

  • @graysondw Thank you for taking a stand against rodeo animal abuse.

  • i will admit that this is not the best event in rodeo. its hard on horses even harder on the steers. but i can be useful out in the field when you gotta doctor a cow. I've had to use it many times. so if any one says its not practical i will have to argue that comment

  • @TeamRopingCody If you can't handle an animal without chasing it at a full run, roping, tripping, flipping and dragging it as in this event, then buddy, hang up your spurs.

  • @SHARKonlineorg

I really don't think you understand how hard it can be to doctor a animal do you?

  • @inchwormswagger You don't release an animal that's already in the chute to run it down in order to catch it to doctor it. You don't trip, flip and drag an animal, injuring it in the process, in order to doctor it.

  • @TeamRopingCody how about the next time you get sick and you run I rope you in on the neck, just like what you did to the steer? It is practical.

  • bando de animais!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Os inracionais são vcs jumentos!!!!! a desculpa e ofença falar que uma coisa como essa seja chamado por um nome dado a um animal.

  • Very matcho! This men are REALLY showing their intelligence! But I shouldnt pick on them... THE AMERICAN GOVERMENT who alows this cruelty! Why dont they try this on humans instead? Maybe they like it?!

To be honest, I couldnt see the whole clip myself. Its just to much!

Only thing I hope is that the animals dies as quickly as possible, but unfortunally they have to suffer to much. SHAME ON YOU WHO ARE ACCEPTING THIS SHIT! BURN IN HELL!

  • bank of america, coke a cola shame on you

  • This is unreal. WhAT IS AMERICAN THINKING OFF And They say bullfighting is terrible!!!! What the hell? I had respect for this country you made a mistake with bush but he is gone wtf now this??????

  • What is wrong with the world this is wrong!! Its not tradition its crazy, you go shark back in Ireland we support you. shame on you people PEOPLE OF GOD ?? What GOD!!!! I want to do more to help what can I DO??

  • @MrAshlands1 Thank you. One of the best ways to support us is to share our videos and information with everyone you know. The more awareness of what these animals endure for fun and prizes, the more decent people can get involved and motivated to stop it. Let pro rodeo and its corporate sponsors know how you feel about rodeo animal abuse.

  • i wanna fucking rope the twat and let the steer watch me thumbs up if u agree :D

  • That is definitely harsh. I doubt used in real life anywhere, if you want to not risk harming livestock.

What do you all think of team roping of steers?

  • @MegF142857 We have video evidence of animals being harmed with that as well because of the use of a time clock, scoring and the reward of prizes.

  • @SHARKonlineorg yall used the same few clips over and over. yea accidents and injuries will happen just like in any other sport.

  • steer tripping is awesome!!!

  • FUCKING HUMAN RACE, CANCER OF THE EARTH

  • why dont you fucking animal lovers all just die? these animals are not hurt in rodeo. i ride bulls team rope and steer trip. animals get hurt in nature and in the rodeo. so get a fucking life and leave us true americans the fuck alone and go support your gay pride same marrige shit you fucking queers

  • CattleShower22: An animal abuser and a bigot. No surprise. You're a rodeo person.

  • @SHARKonlineorg u aer a bunch of animal loving fags. U HAVE NO IDEAD IF THE ANNOUNCER WAS LIEING OR NOT! i like rodeos and animals. and yea steer tripping is dangerous but they take care of therir steers. fags!

  • @ksmith41596 Not a surprise. Bigotry and animal abuse within the same small mind. Thank you for helping our mission.

  • steve hindi you need to get a life and stop worrying about stuff you dont like..i hope i see you at a rodeo one day i would love to come anywhere in this country and rope your dumb ass out of the stands and drag you around in fact i would love nothing more right now

  • jacobvath09: Crawl back into your hole, troll.

  • let me tell you thing i am in the building alot more them you think and those signs are there for every event that goes on in that building. and you seen the signs and you stil ignore them what a fucking dick. rules are rules no matter what

  • rodeoman1984: Again, from two years ago? Again, go complain to contestants' family and friends who video their performances.

  • you know you are wrong and don't have any respect for anyone. all you can say is from 2 years again 2 years ago go cry to others i an not crying i am just saying you try to use it for you advantage and you havn't gotten anywhere and probably won't

  • rodeoman1984: When rodeos stop everyone from filming, then you have an argument about our filming. In the meantime, as long as we witness animal abuse at rodeos, we will continue to expose it. If there's no abuse, you have nothing to fear from us as we would have nothing to show.

  • Well can i stick a hotshot in your ass and turn it on it will be fun. i think i might do that next time i see you of you filming at a rodeo

  • rodeoman1984: Backed into a corner because you have no logical answer and all you can do is try to talk like a big bad man. Funny. And pathetic. But you are a rodeo person, so we're not surprised. Go back to your sandbox.

  • @rodeoman1984 how can u justyfy that cruelty u fuckin idiot

  • wow let me say for one i was at this event the whole week and i believe the signs that where osted at all the entry doors said no video cameras. so here we go again (STEVE HINDI) go over the line again. i really hate whe people go to these events and break the rules and post bull shit like this on the web. i enjoy the sport of rodeo and will continue to do it. so next time you sneek in your camera to an event that is posted no camera's i hope someone put it so far up your ass you taste the film.

  • rodeoman1984: You remember specific signs from two years ago that had no bearing on your life until you saw this video. Right. We all believe that.

Now, go find rodeo people who video'd their friends and family and complain to them as well.

  • yeah i do remember signs from two years ago i think i just seen the same signs like last week. rules are rules and you need the lear to follow and quit posting bull shit video's like this on the web.

  • rodeoman1984: Please tell us how you know they are the same signs. And have you contacted any contestant's family and friends who video-taped their performance?

  • well i just happen to go into that same building often. and their are several people that roped in that event that live in that town and i know them well. i rope wit them. they did get to record the performance because we where checked at the door for video cameras and they searched our bags so you snuck you camera in some how

  • hu they dont do it like that in oregon... this is sad :(

  • This is SICK i would like to rip these sickos off there horses and drag them around by there head its no wonder ppl dont like rodeos

  • Yes, steer busting is cruel, the porr indefense animal suffers a lot, but I don't know what's worse, this or the bull ridings in spain... Anyway, I am against both practices.

  • QQQceline1234QQQ: Thanks for your posts.

  • okay you need to shut the fuck up obviously you haven't done your real research cows dont die from getting roped. I'm tired of you idiots always throwing a fit because an animals falls. Oh my god. Big deal. People fall too and you dont throw a big fit over that. Rodeo animals are not abused and you definately need to watch yourself when you talk about our horses. Our horses are our partners, best friends, and team mates. its a sport. Injuries happen. You gonna try and ban Football now too?

  • @cowgirlup1912 let me rip you off a fucking horse and drag you around see how you like it

  • i hope those redneck scum buckets get thewre neck ringed till they choke up blood ... if i see a wranglers kid i would wrap a rode around his/her enck adn drag her by a truck..

  • i hate steer busting.

  • Im hearing a lot of shit talking from animal abusing bitches but not any good explanations. Heritage? Sure let's all follow tradition, all the way back 2 our beginning and we can live like fucking cave men for the rest of our lives. Ppl change and learn, but if your a fucking idiot then i guess not. The animals don't get hurt? If that's what u think then u rodeo folk r in some wild ass denial. The cow gets knocked 2 the ground and doesn't get up. I guess it's just tired right?

  • I`m living in Easthern Europe in a small country called Romania...Here we used to stab pigs on every christmas due to our traditions to have a good meal at that time of the year then when we joyned EU they said you can`t stab pigs is a barbarian tradition :) Some ppl said what a fuck we do this from centuries ?!? Now due to EU rules we electroshock the pigs :)) Another way to die i guess :) You know what? Traditions and heritage is good but we need to evolve too ! So if we can stop it why not ?

  • you guys need to get a life rodeo is just like any other pro sport injuries happen rodeo is a way of life and it is just put into times to see who the best ranchers are now that i have said that get a life and dont go to another rodeo and you need to worry more about the people that dont feed there stock or dogs or anything, if you dont like it dont freakin go

  • truckerworld08: We don't like it. We go to expose the abuse. If you don't like that, don't come back here complaining. Go get a life.

  • Trevor Brazile is the #1money maker of all time! And by the way they tried to hurt a 40,000 dollar horse on purpose. shark is the biggest scam and waste of time on the internet get a life

  • they dont allow steer busting at the finals because it is illegal in most states in the US not because it needs a large arena

  • I will say one word "Heritage" guess you tree huggers will not understand. This has been done for centuries. This is how the cowboy doctored the steers out on the range.

  • bigyesdog68: Centuries? Try about 140 yrs +/-. And it wasn't done to time clocks.

  • Piss on you you critisizing fuck. I think your videos need to stop cause their just pissin me off. He didnt tie that rope on his horses leg purposely, he didnt tell that bull to attack his horse. Why in the piss are you even pointin him out on everything? Things die its life get over it. You should die so us rodeo people can quit being critisized by your prick ass.

  • WhiskeyJohnCowgirl: Nah, we'll get exposing the rodeo and its abusive practices, thank you.

  • Your videos were all cose up so you can't seethe whole arena. Evidently is your private arena where this was filmed and added to the views of the larger arenas which don't even have the same color scheme. You really should use the same color scheme on your arena you use for filming. I also noticed only a couple of cattle being roped here in this video and replayed over and over again.

  • rbodell: Sir, you are just too far off this planet to continue speaking with you. Please take all your conspiracy theories--by the way, even Ted Kennedy was okay with the one shooter of JFK--and go elsewhere.

  • Unlike you, people who actually are knowledgeable about cattle are present when regular cows give birth because they know when the cow is getting close and they are removed from the herd and watched till they give birth. Yes there is always somebody there at that time.

  • rbodell: Regular cows? As opposed to irregular cows?

  • if you really wanted to stop steer busting instead of defaming the companies that support them why don't you have somebody from the spca and animal controll on hand or are they on the take too? The spca is one of your organizations. Funny thing I couldn't fid any advertisements on the web for steer busting except for your accusations. Personally I think you people made the videos yourself.

  • rbodell: Steer busting is the traditional name for what the PRCA now calls steer roping or single steer roping. It was also calling steer tripping for a while. But that name sounded too cruel, so they changed it. It's performed in only a few venues. It is not even allowed in NV during the NFR as the NV state vet declared it too cruel. The finals for it usually take place elsewhere. We shot the videos, didn't make them. We do not abuse animals. The rodeo does.

  • I noticed you avoided my question about why you don't take spca representatives with you to these events. After all, they are a big part in making the rules and enforcing them. If these animals were being abused they would have taken them. Also the paralyzed calf in the trailer. I noticed you did nothing to help it. You were more interested in defaming the companies who support this. By not doing anything to help then simply proves your real interests are not on the animals at all.

  • rbodell: SPCAs do not have the legal standing to seize these animals.

We were not allowed anywhere near it. What you 'noticed' is only 10 mins of video taken throughout a day long event.

What is sorely lacking here is your compassion for the animals. First you say If animals were abused, then you try to slam us by saying we didn't help the paralyzed one. Is causing paralysis to a defenseless animal not cruelty by your standards? It is by ours. Don't like that, tough.

  • They sure do, they showed up at my naighbors house with the sheriff and took 15 horses away because there was no food for them and they were all underweight. Your charges are even more serious. They would have acted if they had been notified. See, you don't even do your homework before you lie.

  • rbodell: Do your homework. Rodeo livestock are exempt from many states' laws. In particular WY, CO and NM to name a few. Check out their Agricultural laws. And sir, this is the last time I'm putting through any of your posts that call us liars, especially since this one contains egregious ignorance on your part.

  • hay I am just commenting on your statements and videos. If you can't back up your own statements, you got nothing to begin with. go ahead and block me, it just proves my point.

  • rbodell: You called us liars when we said spcas can't help with rodeo people. Now that you've been told what and where the laws could be found, all of a sudden 'you' re commenting'? We backed up our statement. You're weasling out of your accusation of us because you've been proven wrong and are not man enough to admit it.

  • y do u keep making videos when u r not making a diffrence in rodeo. and trevor brazile accidentally let go of his slack. he stayed on because he was trying to get his rope off his saddle horn. and EVERY horse has a very good chance at collicing. people eat meat anyway so as soon as they die they become meat.

  • I haven't seen A THING that offended. GODSPEED, cowboys!

  • If these cruel cowboys have such a need to feel macho, they should be roping each other, not innocent animals.

  • They don't do it to feel Macho dipf*ck! They do it because its how they make a living and because they love rodeo!

  • rrfisher103194: You phony cowboys need to get real jobs, even you even know what a real job is.

  • me and my freind rope each other and its fun all hell

  • Ok i raise animals and have been in rodeos since i was 4. i know every event, how there run, and how the animals are treated. i can also tell by looking at this video that there are 4 distinct cattle shown over and over at different angels and only two drug out of the areana. i do agree this looks bad but if you dont know the strenghth and abitlty to flex and turn for a steer then you see this as horrible. if you rodeo then the rules you read every time and must sign are all about animal curelty

  • monev1992: If you are suggesting that steer busting does not maim and kill many animals, then I assume you will join us in demanding that the PRCA release all animal injury and death reports?

  • Monev1992: I think we all spotted the same footage was replayed in this video repeatedly. However this doesn't prove sweet F.A. The person who shot the video was bravely defying the "no cameras" rule. So every video capture entails the risk of being forcibly removed from the arena if caught, and perhaps being roughed up on the way out or having their camera smashed. This would explain why the available footage seems limited and repetitive.

  • monev1992: The narrator clearly states that a total of five steers (and one horse) were injured during the two days of finals. So whether it shows them from one angle or ten, he stated what the victim count was.

  • Cont. And i saw them soaking the calves leg and treating it. why cant we have more rodeos like the one i saw?! I hate rodeos! That was one that my friend took me to because she knew the people and that they treat the animals well and thats the only rodeo ive been too

  • i have seen a wonderful rodeo though. As soon as the rope got around the cattle it released and didnt jerk the cattle, when they went to get the cows they hold out their hand and the cattle come up them as they put a leadrope around it. There was no bull/bronco riding, steer busting, or anything cruel. They had one calf that tripped up and fell and was limping and they took a whole 6 mins or so to let it take its time limping out and afterward the people were aloud to see the animals in the barn

  • cowgal58: What you saw is called "breakaway roping," and yes, it is a far more humane event than typical calf roping.

  • I was wondering is Breakaway roping cruel at all?

  • cowgal58: Things can go wrong. We have seen calves' leg caught up in a badly thrown rope. We have seen calves' tails violently twisted and raked in the chutes, but that is a separate issue. The calves are undoubtedly stressed by the experience, and we would prefer that not happen. That said, breakaway roping is far less cruel, with less chance of injury or death than the usual kind of roping.

  • No type roping is cruel! But i have done breakaway roping and there are hardly ever injuries and team roping is the same way!

  • rrfisher103194: Denial is truly the foundation of rodeo.

  • breakaway roping does no damage to any animal. I am not a fan of rodeo but it is common sense to see that there is no harm to the animals. you city folk need to get a fucking life and stay away from stuff you dont understand. why dont you bitch about how many cars are on the city streets clogging up my air.

  • raisingkane1985: This video isn't about breakaway roping. Evidently there's a lot you don't understand yet find a need to bitch about.

  • i agree with your point about steer roping.. i don't like it at all.. i grew up raising animals.. what you don't realized it that these are pampered animals.. and are treated much better than animals raised for meat.. i think you guys are fighting the wrong battle.. the animals raised in rodeo are given vitamins, bathed, fed generously, have their living area cleaned for them.. better than growing up inside a 2'X3' crate.. Truth is animals are more free in rodeo than being raised for slaughter..

  • IndigenouStruggleZ: I believe that SHARK's videos demonstrate that there are numerous humane issues facing rodeos. But we can at least agree that the steer busting, which we consider to be the worst of it, should go. Interestingly, it appears most rodeo people feel that way, since these events tend to be very sparsely attended.

  • I have not seen a steer roping event in person yet. but have heard about it. i support your organization that far. as for other events... IDK. horses and bulls naturally like to buck and run. let one out of the corral. you'll see. I see animals more as employees. you do all this good stuff for them. in return they should do some work. yeah some do get injured, but remember the rodeo people are professionals and they love working with animals. if they cared less about them they'd be in the meat

  • industry...

  • just to be clear your problem is with steer busting, correct? I am a team roper and I have never seen a steer treated this way. I have heard of steer busting but Ive never seen it.

  • marky898907: We're not going to pretend to like team roping, but it is nowhere near as cruel as steer busting, which is why you see very little team roping in our videos. What is there has more to do with individual contestants than the event as a whole.

  • i nkow im a rodeo person but theirs things i do disagree and agree with rodeos and animal rights groups, like im a bull rider and i'v never knew steer bustin existed untill i saw these videos and i dont like the sport steer bustin

  • The rules said no cameras, but your above rules and the law?You should be in politics.

  • travelertim88:A PRCA sign is not the law, especially when they're just trying to hide animal abuse.

  • I'm sorry I also said rules.Let me ask you one question do u support peta?

  • travelertim88: SHARK supports compassion for animals. We do that mainly by video documenting abuse. We don't take our clothes off, etc.

  • Its called tenderizin' ya dumb asses!! Not steer "bustin" Personally I like my meat chewable and not tough!!

  • granitehills2t: Yep, yer a rodeo person fer sure.

  • stuped ass pepol do you thinck the animal is having fun!no i know thay arnt if it scares the animal its abuse

  • Savages.

  • why thye hell didnt he got of the horse to help get it free? this is a sick "port" real cowboys would value their animals these guys are playing at it...BADLY , a***holes

  • Okay a bunch of damn cows gets thrown to the ground and dragged and you guys act like the worlds falling in on it self?????

  • thats animal abuse i shit heads lets break ur necks and tie u up bitches

  • You're a little bitch.... Ropin a damn cow should not be shunned you stupid little bitch.. Get your city ass up off youtube tryin to make everyone feel bad 4 the steers bein roped and drug to tha ground..

  • Cheatham2011: Yep, yer a rodeo person fer sure!

  • So you think its ok to bring in cameras to an event that doesent allow it?? and you laughed at the cowboys having a prayer? so because people like me rodeo we dont believe in God? you need to watch what you accuse....and trevor brazilles horse cholicing? come on if you knew anythin about horses you would know that could happen to any horse and if you knew the amount of money Brazille had in his animals you would not make these stupid accusations about him or any of us not caring

  • roperguy17: When they try to ban cameras to hide cruelty, we absolutely think it is OK to sneak the cameras in, and will continue to do so.

We don't laugh at the rodeo prayer, we think it is repulsive that animal abusers are such hypocrites. There should be no prayer, and there should be no American flags or national anthem in a corrupt place where animals are brutalized, injured and killed for sport.

    Are we clear?

  • I've never attended a rodeo, dog race, horse race, or bullfight. The main reason for this is because I'm not a retarded hick, but otherwise, I consider them all in the same arena; a pathetic human desire to watch the suffering of their mammal cousins. It's disturbing.

  • This is simply retarded. Why don't you bring a camera and film the entire process of a leather shoe being made and look at the shoes on your feet. Since the begining of time man has lived off the land. In every country and time period. I'm sure you'd find more extreme examples of working skills exhibited in BFE. You should count your lucky stars or who ever you pray to, that you have the freedom of speech to voice your opinion. Which, I'm afraid was not given to you by a big group hug.

  • First of all, learn how to pronounce the county that you are visiting before doing a documentary from there.

You wouldn't want anyone mispronouncing your county you live. The county you visited in November 2007 is pronouced LEE not LEAH. So get it right. Thank You.....

  • Thank you for the correction. We will change the pronunciation in the future.

But that's it? After seeing the cruelty that happens right in your backyard and your biggest worry is how we pronounced Lea?

  • Where do you shark people get off attacking the rodeo industry. I am going to guess and say you have more experiance working your computer and playing Dungeons and Dragons then you do working cattle. I have gone to rodeos all my life and have never seen a calf not get up and run out of the arena. The rodeo is no place for you tree hugging queers, go get a real job and grow a pair.

  • you guys are a bunch of dumbasses thinking that you can save these animals, bring down the sport or whatever your goal is, no matter what you try to do, you will never be able to try and get 7 billion people to co-operate with you, so just stop trying!!!!

  • wow u guys r a bunch of fucking idiots....rodeos r nothing like this..quit putting only the bad shit..dam..its not half that bad

  • justinn: Rodeos are nothing like this? What are you talking about? The video is right in front of you, with the date and location that it took place!

  • I think that is a very good run by Trevor. He wins the event. Good video. Thanks for adding this video. It was a good roping.

  • 2toes82: Guess he learned it all from his daddy. You know, the old guy who is charged with having sex with an underage girl?

  • i wanted to stay objective here...but.........in your face is all i can think of ^^ good work SHARK, greetings and support from germany!

  • Creditability is destroyed when one's only argument to a debate is in the form of an insult.

  • this is the cause of rednecks having too much time on their hands...

  • shark i would first like to commend you on your efforts to protect animals everywhere. I own horses and have rescued others from abusive owners. I don't rodeo but i do rope calves. much of the roping i do is for the good of the calves immunizations, branding etc... I would like to inform you of the fact that your efforts thus far have failed. the prca's revenues have grown each of the last four years. obviously your attempts to pressure corporate sponsorship have failed.

  • plainwhitetruck: Thanks for your post. In this case you won't mind if our efforts persist...

  • plainwhitetruck: Can you back up your claim about PRCA's revenues with facts?

  • its public record. im sure you can get your hands on their numbers. and i would like to know why you speak out against the rodeo industry but seemingly ignore the atrocities that take place in other equestrian disciplines like polo and three-day eventing many more horses are injured and abused in these sports than in rodeo. and unlike the cattle in this video horses serve a far more important purpose than to be steaks on a dinner table. i think that horses deserve more than this.

  • how can you tread animals like that this cruelty dont you have any other thing to do

  • By the way how is the horse and rider able to jerk down a strong steer like that? They had to have done something to make the steer weak. I don't think there's no possible way for a steer to be jerk downed like that.

  • horsecrazypeep, these steers only weigh about 600 lbs. In the past week I have treated 7 1200 lb cows and 3 1800 lb bulls for foot rot and they come down the same way. There is a reason for the expression strong as a horse.

  • ya the reason those cows a bulls fall like that is cuz they have foot rot you stupid SOB

  • visionnet6: Really? Tell us more.

  • yall are just a bunch of fags that have no life. find somthin better to do with ur lives rather than to video tape and try to stop somthin you know nothin about. we dont go video taping yall wen you do ur gay parade shit. get a life

  • charro: Yep, yer a rodeo person fer sure!

  • charro, I want to know if you actually *watched* the video.. And, what parades?

Also, if we knew nothing about it.. What would we be doing? Posting animated scenes and making up lines from fictional characters?

  • You need to get a life rather than support the cruelty of animals at rodeos! It's people
