V is the very obvious and apparent personification of a subset of rapidly

spreading media from the internet known as "verbose", which ironically, in

itself, of course, begins with a V, unintentionally being connected with

this sesquipedalian of a character. The most humorous element of this video, in my perspective, is the fact that V merely chuckles instead of using his usually long and complicated chains of words.
