Yes, but 1 pound of Bricks weigh the same as 1 pound of feathers. Let's take 1kg of muscle vs 1kg of fat. Muscle will weigh more then the fat when compared to the same amount of mass.
get more protein in your diet and workout if you do decide to get more protein in your diet...other wise instead of turning into muscle it'll turn into fat....
You should start with aerobics to try and burn off some fat and eat healthy food, nutrition is key to a good body, and then do crunches and other ab excercises to build muscle and remember to work off the fat with aerobics.

you can alter the effect on upper/lower by using your legs as leverage, raise them in the air and lower them while holding them straight , do the crunches like that, and it'll go to the lower part of your abs (you should be able to feel the difference)

It depends.You should ask a physical instructor or your coach, if you do some kind of sports. I am a physical trainer but I can't answer this question by only knowing your age.By the way, it is better to start swimming, dancing or kick boxing for a total, harmless body workout.
honestly it's fine, if you take it responsably. im 16, so i'd progress farther than you, but i find me between say.. scooby is his skin seems to be better to show results, mine isnt as much(cuz im a teen, and its a bit thicker and not as tight). also becareful not to mess up growth plates, just test yourself, and go from there.
it takes a lot of concentration and keep playing around with different angles on your exercises until you start to feel effects from working out. be persistent and you'll eventually see results

There's not much you can do about it, it's just the way your abs are naturally aligned. If both sides are toned then you are doing your crunches correctly, even if they are unaligned.
many ppl have 'uneven abs' its to do with the positioning of ribs, everyone is different what can i say, some ppl have bigger left traps than right traps, naturally, really, theres nothing wrong with it, if its lean its all good!

it takes a lot of concentration and keep playing around with different angles on your exercises until you start to feel effects from working out. be persistent and you'll eventually see results

Hey scooby, I'm a huge fan of your videos. You've really helped me out. But I'm noticing something as I develop my abs - they're uneven! Is there any specific thing I can do to even them out? I've tried doing workouts on one side of my body, but that doesn't seem to help. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.

I have the same problem, just try doing different crunches, or add more resistance.

There's not much you can do about it, it's just the way your abs are naturally aligned. If both sides are toned then you are doing your crunches correctly, even if they are unaligned.

many ppl have 'uneven abs' its to do with the positioning of ribs, everyone is different what can i say, some ppl have bigger left traps than right traps, naturally, really, theres nothing wrong with it, if its lean its all good!
