I am assuming you are the man talking to the Hospital Switch-Board about your complain?
Just a very short note on what should be the "correct' way to complain and ask about any updates in that complaint.
I complained twice to 'Watford General Hospital', in UK. All correspondence was by email or Snail-Mail. Using letters, means there is always a copy for you and them to refer back too if there is any queries. They can never say, "He never said that"! Because you have proof!
