Freedom, was when you could do anything you want, GO anywhere you want by ANY means and as long as you didn't prevent anyone else the pursuit of life or liberty, then there was no crime. She should have told him that taping her made her feel uncomfortable and requested him to stop. Or told him that it was borderline voyeurism. Point being: she should have handled the situation MUCH more professionally.

That's why they're arresting people for filming the cops, for growing gardens in their front yards, selling raw milk, etc. There IS no law against it, they're just arresting people, having them go through the nightmare of the courts for months or years, then dropping the charges so other people think "I don't want to go through that, I'm not going to do any of those things" etc. As one patriot said, people have to be willing to spend the night in jail for freedom.

The law is a fiction, it's not real. They change the meaning and "interpretation" of words to suit their purpose all the time. Cops do NOT enforce the laws, they enforce POLICIES. That's why they're called POLICE(Y) officers, because they don't enforce laws, but the policies of their corporate masters under color or pretense of law. If there is NO injured party or Corpus Delecti, then there is NO crime. This goes for ALL traffic tickets and other penal infractions, etc. thx

Until the U.S. was founded, you needed the kings permission, who was a Sovereign, permission to do anything, including travel. Driving means hauling, or transporting and/or delivering which would require a license. There is a lot more to this, but to practice this lifestyle you probably should have a good attorney, a decent amount of money, and time on your hands for court appearences, and possibly a night or two in jail. I admire the brave souls that sacrifice to do this.

If you injure someone, steal from them, kidnap/imprison or the like, that was a crime under common law and punishable. All this BS with drivers licenses, traffic tickets and the like are all under International Maritime Contracts and has NOTHING to do with the common laws of the Constitution.
