Uhh, are YOU aware that we have been trying to drill for the last 20 years and the liberals have stopped it every time. By this time we would have had all that oil at our disposal, AND the effect would in FACT not be small. We are paying billions for oil from countries that are swearing to destroy us. It's an obvious choice. AND drilling offshore helps relieve the pressure under the ocean, reducing natural oils spills from underground.
