this series is known as New Hokuto no ken. This is an OVA consisting of three episodes. This can be confused with the 5 movies that are known as the Hokuto No Ken Legends. However I can also tell you that the New Hokuto No Ken was only subbed for the first OVA the second and third were never subbed
