When Jacob Tierney was in Vancouver on his way to the Whistler Film Festival with the film he said in an interview on Urban Rush he was hoping for a March 2011 theatrical release (in Canada).

The Jacob Tierney thriller "Good Neighbours," featuring Baruchel as the resident of a strange apartment building in Montreal's Notre-Dame-de-Grace neighbourhood will play at TIFF. That Jay's 5th movie out this year! I think he beats his buddy Seth Rogen as the hardest working actor since Jay also does CDN films.

The Toronto International Film Festival runs Sept. 9 through 19.
