  • Daaaammmnnn u r cute ........ ur like my protien ;)

  • Hello, Natalie I just started a Nutrition classes and took my first test, and did well . so when I stat listening to your channel, all i have learn came to me and it made more sense. thanks for this channel...

  • you should make a video explaining protein/amino acids in greater detail.

  • thanks

  • cool :)

  • 'Naturally thin' people's body use food in a way that regulates their weight and they don't get fat. Same food. Same exercise. But you stay thin or get thin if you started off with excesss weight.

For more information watch The Secrets Of Weight Loss on my channel.

  • Make your home creasy with Asian women lushfmlk.info

  • Fast Foods are Saturated? I thought they they were polyunsaturated?

  • Natalie is great

  • very good info.

  • What about olive oil fat? It's not Omega3 but considered a very healthy thing to consume. How does it work?

  • Yay for this video.

Losing 55 pounds so far, and still have more to go. More people must no this. Keep up the great work, Natalie.

  • I like to eat vegetarian meals but I want to make sure that I am getting enough protein. I have heard that eating beans with a grain will produce a complete protein. What else should be eaten in combination? Also, will nuts and seeds provide enough fats without eating meat?

  • animal protein is better for you.

  • you forgot oxygen natalie butler!

  • But cocos oil is saturated, and healthy. You are great, thanks!

  • :0 nice!

  • Thank you for sharing your knowledge in a clear, informative way. I would love to see a video on eating smaller more frequent meals versus three square meals with no snacks. Another topic that I'm interested is the idea of different body types doing better on certain types of diets. For example, some people may fare better on a vegetarian diet than others. I'm wondering how you would be able to know or are there tests that could help you decide how your body can optimally function.

  • omg thank you so much!

i've watched like most of your vids and they're really informative and helpful and they've helped me with keeping healthy -which is hard for me to do cause i love fatty foods because for some reason i don't gain weight.

  • Awesome video Very informative. Natalie has a way of simplifying the content and making it understandable. Also it is nice to see a person speak about Nutrition that also looks so healthy.

  • this was sooooooooo healpful! i had learned this in school but i totally forgot :S soo yeah , love the videos ... thanKs

  • What are the fat soluble vitamins and can you only get them through saturated fats?

  • A, D, E and K

D, E, and K you can get from non-saturated sources easily. A is the more difficult one but you can get it in fish and diary productions.

  • Thanks for the answer ;) These videos are amazing. I now try to understand and experiment with the different foods and this is great information.

  • eat carrots :D

  • hi, you actually don't get the sat soluble vitamins just cos you eat saturated fats, it's just that your body can't use those vitamins unless you have fats in you diet :)

  • Great video Natalie! Thank You! :D

  • There is a video on Youtube that says that Salmon doesn't carry the fatty acids in it's flesh, that it carries it in it's fins (Which most don't eat). Sorry Natalie I can't find that video that I saw...

  • u r cute

  • U didnt say omega 9!! wth

  • so what food has all amino acids in?

  • beef, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy products, nuts, seeds, and legumes like black beans or any combination of rice, corn, potatoes, beans with the addition of any fruit supplies all amino acids, minerals and vitamins except B12.

  • Dark Green Leafy Vegetables

  • omega 3 fish oil is good for the heart, brain (mood stabilizer) and counters inflammation (osteo-arthritis, MS, chronic fatigue and ect). Lots of good stuff out there.

  • very good video, keep them comming

  • Good video

  • what is an easier way to make sure that I am getting everything I need in my diet without over eating.

The foodguide suggests way too much in the serving sizes

  • subliminal messages. 1:58-2:07

  • lol

    Subliminal messages?

It looked like a flash of what was in the background.

  • Thats what 'they' want you to think. lol

  • So what was the message then?

  • eat right or die.....or be a republican.....or all your base are belong to us. Im still trying to desypher it

  • Go Vegan and Raw !

  • It turns out it's just her shirt that's flashing. No subliminal messages.

They quite rudly corrected me on this. (I sure hope it wasn't Natalie who said that; I thought I liked her).

  • Excellent video once again. You can not maintain optimal health by exercise and positive thinking forever. You have to feed your body healthy materials to assimilate and replace. Drinking water is super important. Fats too. Your brain is 2/3 fat. Fat protects your neurons. You need fat to think straight. Thanks Natalie!

  • I wish I'd known about this stuff years ago, but it's never too late to start eating healthier foods!
