WHY would you give more power to school officials than to the cops!?!?

I don't care if a student had a handful of crack, they can be taken to the office, and a PARENT CALLED IN TO THE SCHOOL!!

There is absolutely NO REASON for crap like this.

And any school officials that even THINK that this would in any way be "OK" need to be removed from their jobs & their teaching certificate pulled.

If they can not be held financially liable, then put their sorry asses in jail, or fire their perverted asses. Its bad enough that our children have to be virutally molested just to get on an airplane, but school officials have absolutely NO RIGHT to do this to ANYONE, much less someones kid. If that was my daughter, this wouldnt be on TV, this wouldnt go to the supreme court, what the public will see on TV would be this, SCHOOL OFFICIALS MISSING NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!

Hey they used to do the same thing in Nazi Germany. Our high school made a cavity search on a 10th grader for a twenty dollar bill. They found nothing and lied like hell about who told them to do it. The girls loss can never be recuperated. By the way she was poor and it would not have happened to a student that was not. poor.
