if this so called god didnt intend to keep on creating new species to be suited to the changing enviroment, then wouldnt it be more logical to have a stable unchanging enviroment instead of inventing evolution?
is this planet PERFECTLY (in their words) suited to support life or not?
this is going to sound fairly strange but that last clip about the chemistry experiment with the colour changes and the magnetic stirrer. where did you get that video from?
i ask because im sure i watched the clip of it in a level chemistry once.
isn't what ur talking about in 5:10 - 5:54 'adaptation' and not 'evolution'? adapting to a new environment doesn't mean it evolved, rather it adapted to its environments... this is a question by the way... no offense intended
evolution is change, thats it, simple, any change, be it adaptation, mutation, etc. anything that changes an animal, if its a good change, it will flurish, if its bad, it will get wiped out. and so on. slowly over time, changes lead to other changes.
There is only Creationism and Evolution. The anti-Christ society will never, "let the divine foot in the door", of science. So stop being so naive and grow up. Geees!
A single genetic alteration does not a species make. We are talking about hundreds and thousands of genetic alterations to even begin to diverge from one species to the next. These are all simple concepts to understand, I am curious why creationists find this so difficult to understand. So whilst noodles' comment would be stupid for a single genetic alteration in concert with other genetic alterations the probability of the birth of a new species approaches 1.
Let's look at what a mutation is then. It's a random change in genetic makeup. If you look at mutations now, they almost always end up in death or some sort of trait that never thrives. So with thousands of RANDOM mutations that just so happen to form a perfectly functioning animal that has entirely different genetics that came from an entirely different animal... yeah, I hope you know why it's so hard to believe that now. It's RANDOM. God at least directed the creation.
First of all... Most mutations are neutral, not lethal. Second of all, whether a mutation is actually good or bad, depends largely on the environment.
Third of all, beneficial mutations don't happen in successive order over and over. Natural Selection takes over, and beneficial mutations have a better chance of surviving, where as the others do not.
Lastly, evolution is not a random process. Mutations are random, but the determination of what mutations stay and go is not random at all.
Exactly my point - it's RANDOM. Evolutionists apparently have a hard time seeing the body's anatomical complexity. Just out of thin air, a mutation eventually put a complete eye, in all its complexity, in a human and all creatures who have them. How would something be able to exist without sight? Or hearing? How could it possibly develop them in the first place if it didn't have the proper genetic code for them in the first place? We land back again at random chance. Uh huh...
And no scientists ever claims the eye came out of thin air. It was a gradual evolutionary process. I'm not sure you have a very good grasp of evolution unfortunately.
"How would something be able to exist without sight? Or hearing? How could it possibly develop them in the first place if it didn't have the proper genetic code for them in the first place?"
lol, what? There are plenty of living organisms that don't see OR hear. And secondly, how could it possibly develop without the genetic code? Hmm... I guess that means the reason why humans are sometimes born with functional tails is because it was already there... from ancestry.
You have the same question I do. "How could it develop without the genetic code." That's what I'm saying! If you start with a whale, how would it know what a cow's DNA is? Mutations? Since mutations are random, and every living organism is extremely complicated, that means that mutations forming something so complex is HIGHLY unlikely, no matter how much time is given. And having a tail would mean we came from monkeys, not apes, which evolution claims we came from apes. Nice try.
Fortunately, your personal incredulity doesn't dictate how the universe works or what the truth is. Your God is becoming increasingly weak. With people like you driving his creation ever so stronger. Which is stronger Gods creation or God?
Its about time you realised that Science is understanding of gods creation, the plain and simple truth. If that creation is unable to actually support God then the belief in God is the problem and not the creation.
Evolution says we share a common ancestor with the great apes... it doesn't say we aren't related to monkeys. It means we share a common ancestor with them as well...
And a whale doesn't just "turn" into a cow. Seriously, that's such a perversion of what it means. It's 2009, you really really need to be educated on this, I'm sorry.
Perfect? Seriously? If we're so perfect then why do most humans require corrective lenses? What about infectious disease? There is nothing random about genetics. Have you never heard of dominant and recessive traits? How did you think eye color worked? Does God choose everyone's eye color?
It's called, "getting old" and "viruses." I don't recall me saying that humans were perfect, either. Often times, there are imperfections. That's just life. And viruses cause us to get sick. That has nothing to do with evolution nor creationism. And I'm a junior. Of course I've heard of recessive and dominant traits. They're how everything in our genes are determined. They're the code for how life is in general.
You didn't specifically state it direectly but I believe that came from the "Intelligent Design" aspect.
If you were God and you were designing humans to be the image of you, God, a perfect being why would the organs you design be at the whim of "getting old" and not have the deliterious effects they do on health as they do now.
If it was a designed being why would a body succumb to the whims of bacteria or virus' like every other species on the planet? Hardly the chosen of God, IMO.
there's perfect, and then there's just right. maybe you're girlfriend or boyfriend isn't perfect, but she's just right. the universe isn't perfect, it's slightly odd, but it all works together perfectly. all those numbers that are just a little off from what we'd think of as perfect, do the job exactly. the fact that we were giving free agency is the key to everything. we aren't cloned little Gods, and life isn't as it was originally. it's a pretty good system considering. perfect even
if your parent says you can either clean your room or you can mow the yard, is that much of a choice? no a real choice would involve the option of doing what you want, like watching tv or picking your noise. and we don't have to be with God if we don't want to either. i would prefer to be God's slave though.
Are you serious. Have you seen the types of people that Christians say get into heaven? Its going to be full of mindless, suck-ass minions. Hell is where the rest is to go.
If I am given a choice I would ask God to show me both before I make that choice. If heaven is a place full of the idiots I think it is (according to Christians) I would prefer to go to hell, and I'm serious on that.
But seeing that God is supposed to be all knowing and all powerful it would be well within his remit to create a human species completely without sin, but with ultimate free will.
Seeing that God fucked up on that clearly God is not the all knowing, all powerful deity you guys paint him up to be.
God is found wanting by me, a mere mortal human. Pathetic deity to fall BELOW the standards of that of a mere mortal.
Yes He did. He made us perfectly originally. But He also gave us free will. When Eve was tempted by the snake (the devil), she disobeyed, as did Adam. Sin was brought into the world and has forever tainted it and its inhabitants.
So, going back, God is love. If He didn't give us free will, then that's not love. So in order for Him to be loving, He had to give us a choice. There is no such thing as "forced love."
He either made us perfect or he didn't. There is no two way street on this.
If God made humans perfect then it stands to reason that God can do the impossible in which giving us complete and utter free will yet not be sinful. He is supposed to be God after all.
If God is not up to that task then he doesn't deserve our worship.
God is not up to my standards of infinity, MY standards, a mere human. This is not arrogance of man this is a scientist bending his meagre and pathetic (in relation to God) intelligence around a simple concept of infinity.
The God of the bible is a shadow, a mere childish fantasy compared to my wildest imagination.
You know what, you've triggered me making a new video. There is so much I want to say that 500 characters is a damn annoyance. I'll deal with you once and for all.
He did make us perfect. But free will is love. God is ultimately love; he is perfect, too, but God is the definition of love (don't get too technical on me with that one). He gave us a choice to either accept him or reject him. He originally made us perfect, but because Eve chose to do evil using free will, it tainted us.
I get what you're saying, don't get me wrong, but it's free will. If God made our free will to only be perfect, then that's not free will, is it?
WoW are you serious do you really think the human body is perfect, one part for example that the body is not perfect, it is the human eye, if it was perfect the human eye wouldn't have a blindspot now would it?
You didn't read my earlier comment. He did make us perfect, but because there is sin in this world, the penalty for it is death. The human body isn't perfect now, but it was. And a blind spot has nothing to do with a body being perfect or not. And it's called peripheral vision just to answer this "blind spot."
The body is still not perfect we might have peripheral vision, but the blind spot is still there no matter what. If it was so perfect we would have peripheral vision just for the deept perception alone, and no blind spot.
And if sin is a really bad thing then it must also be considered a flaw since there has to or else Eve wouldn't have been tempted by to eat the forbidden fruit.
A blind spot doesn't prove that we're perfect or not. It's just something God created us with. He made us with eyes that look forward, not some chameleon eyes. The design as a human is to naturally have a blind spot. That blind spot doesn't mean that we're imperfect. It's just design.
But sin is a flaw, but it was a chosen one. God gave us free will, so he had to present the options. If sin wasn't presented, that wouldn't be free will. God didn't put sin in us. Adam and Eve chose to do it.
If God made us perfect then when presented with Sin we would choose the correct option and not eat the fruit. Every single little time, no exceptions.
God made us imperfect. God gave us a choice and due to his FLAWED design we chose the wrong one. A flaw which appears to be a hallmark of God.
You should watch my new videos. I'm fairly heavily laying into God's lack of knowledge and power in the realm of his own creation, nothing you have said would give any other conclusion.
I get what you're saying, but I don't think you get what I'm saying. "Free will" is what I'm saying. God is a loving God, so He can't force love on us, or that wouldn't be love. Free will is the choice of right or wrong. It's what any parent does for their child. If they truly love them, they will let them decide for their own when the time is right. Perfect means sinless. God is love above all else, so giving free will is something He incorporated in our design. It doesn't make us flawed.
Free will based on design. Design characteristics can dictate behaviour. Smoke cannabis and you have a certain behaviour resulting from it. Present with Sin and you get that guilty bad feeling and you wouldn't Sin. Unfortunately God messed up in his perfect design, he gave PLEASURE to the act of defiance. Like Pavlov's dogs the Sinful nature of humans were propagated due to his design of giving pleasure through defiance. God should have known that consequence and circumvented accordingly.
He didn't get pleasure out of acting defiantly. He made us perfect, but also gave us free will to choose if the people want to obey Him or not. That decision does not make us imperfect. It's a loving decision, not an error. He didn't want to force us to love Him, because that isn't love. Giving options does not mean that you're a bad person. It's like a dictator - would you rather have a word in a decision, or would you want to be told how to do it and you have no say in if you can do it or not?
You know what is sad, you are mistaking the pleasure HUMANS feel when they are defiant. Not God. And because HUMANS feel pleasure when they are defiant, I'd say that God misdesigned them. Ergo an error. Ergo God is the epitome of evil. He programmes us to basically sin against him and then sends us straight to hell when we don't exceed our programming, and when they don't you have to beg forgiveness for God's error.
I'll be discussing about this stupidity in part 4 of my current series.
And when do humans feel good about being defiant? What humans exactly are you referring to? It's definitely not me. And that also is dependent on what you're being defiant TO. If it's a communist regime, then yeah, there would be pleasure from it because you have freedom. But God already gave us freedom, which is free will. We don't have to follow him, as you demonstrate well. But I don't recall humans ever feeling good about doing wrong, which would then mean that you have a skewed conscience.
Its a simple observation of human nature that takes me to that conclusion.
Defiance is also neutral. It can be a great force for good, or immeasurable evil. The righteous defiance is a drug you Christians partake of far too often in its history.
You may wriggle all you like but at the end of the day if God designed us, he designed us with a fatal flaw, ergo if he was too STUPID to
forsee defiance being used against his interests and act accordingly, he is not all knowing that is for sure.
You are very far off on your "conclusion," because you probably haven't considered those who would rather not be defiant in a negative way. Defiance, as I mentioned before, can be a good thing, but defiance always leads to consequences. It's like parenting. People naturally tend to be defiant because they're sinful. The parent must correct it. You must always refer to free will. But this isn't really going anywhere and I don't want to keep replying, so I had a good debate. I wish you well.
Sinful because God made us so, on purpose. I have always referred to Free Will, but Free Will is only an illusion. Take cannabis and you'll get high, drink alcohol and you'll get drunk. We are "programmed" to react a certain way. You were correct that defiance needs to be corrected in children yet God punished or rather threatened Adam and Eve with death and cursed all children born after although they are innocent, God is a really poor parent. Your God is the ultimate asshole.
Funny video. God didn't create evolution. Why would he? Evolution, the REAL evolution, is adaptions, not a huge genetic alteration. Animals change to their environment, yes, but they do not change as an animal itself. Like those mammoths in the Ice Age. It happened a long time ago, and there's still elephants today, minus the fur. They didn't change into lizards. They stayed as elephants.
As a scientist I do not close out God completely for the lack of evidence for something is not proof of lack of existance of something. This has been a lesson many have learnt. Having said that for god to exist its creation is the universe as demonstrated by Science. What you call Real Evolution is God's Evolution in that case. Further evolution at its heart IS genetic alteration, which allows the organism to adapt to the environment.
Of course it's some kind of genetic alteration. Just not a HUGE one, like altering an animal into another completely different species. No matter how much time you give it, the impossible remains impossible. What would direct the genetics of an animal to intricately be placed and altered to form into an entirely different animal? Genes are written specifically for a certain kind of animal, not to transform into another over time.
Right... so with that logic, how did you become a scientist? That's a rhetorical question, so you know...
If there's a 0% chance of something happening one time, it's most likely going to be 0% later. When talking genetic alterations and whales turning into cows, that chance will never change. (Yes, from what I know and have read from secular books, whales came from cows... or vice versa. Forgot which was which.)
Sorry, just realised how dumb that comment sounded. I meant, of course, that while the probablity of a significantly species changing gene alteration occuring is almost zero, such a mutation would almost inevitably happen given enough time. Of course, as corvardus pointed out, it takes the accumulation of thousands of more minor alterations to approach the transition from one species to another.
Thanks for this. Good video. Unlike VFX, you actually know how to assess an argument - such as the theory of evolution being only a theory of evolution and not a dicator of morality. Nor is the potential elimination of Darwin's theory any kind of valid argument for a "God".
Really, actual History? So now we are talking about the dark ages? Listen, you obviously have no interest in facts. You want to believe the worst of Christianity. So be it. I leave you to yourself. But consider these thoughts.-- It is illogical to be angry at something that is truly not real. I mean do you post videos and argue with people who believe in unicorns or the tooth fairy? If God really doesn't exist why bother? But I can assure you it is your profound loss.
illogical to be angry at what? Religion? Last I check religion is quite real.
And I'm the one with no interest in facts? It's not my fault you know nothing of evolution, because nothing about it supports eugenics period, or of history.
Also why would I bother with the two people on this planet who actually believe in unicorns or the tooth fairy being real?
And why bother? Because religion has proven to be the cause a vast majority of the evil on this planet?
American christians are pushing for mass murder in all of the theaters of the "War on Terror."
Priests rape the shit out of children and other vulnerable populations.
Child rape is probably at least as prevalent in protestant churches but since there is limited organization between them, it's hard to get a clear idea of the extent of the epidemic.
KidVolcano - American christians are pushing for mass murder in all of the theaters of the "War on Terror."
That's a blatand lie. If some polititians use christian terminology to get their will through it has nothing to do with christianity. The real christians see through that.
-Priests rape the shit out of children and other vulnerable populations.
Yeah. And how, my friend can you prove to me these subjects are real christians as the bible defines a christian?
KidVolcano - Child rape is probably at least as prevalent in protestant churches but since there is limited organization between them, it's hard to get a clear idea of the extent of the epidemic.
Is that so? Prove it! And even if it is. Try to understand that these subjects that do things like ARE NOT CHRISTIANS IN THE BIBLICAL SENSE. They just happen to work in a christian colored organisation, which is totally void of any true christianity.
I can't help but notice you (unlike VFX) don't censor your comments or disable the rating system. This simple fact should be enough to show anyone which side of this debate is being honest and is willing to engage in open skeptical inquiry.
An objective mind knows God did not create evolution because evolution never happened. Whether or not a person believes in God does not change the fact that this weak theory is not scientific in the least. In this video various birds and animals were pictured as examples of evolution, yet not a single example has ever been observed of a finch producing anything other than another bird. Same with every other example of life. Evolutlion is simply an alternative religion and a poor one at that.
Evolution is one of the best proven theories in the world. It takes more than a million years till a new species develops from an old one. Thats why we haven't any examples in our times that are as large as the development of mankind. And Evolution is a part of Science. If you can prove scientifically that it's wrong, or have a better model, it will fall instantly. But Religion can be proven wrong thousand times and people still won't bother. Sorry for my poor English.

Evolution can never be proven through science. Science needs to be able to test, observe, and analyze to test the very theory they quote as fact. There are no test, observations and analysis that can be done on the past. No one was there. If science is wrong you still have to go beyond science to account for the origins of life. We can either take God's word for it or mock him it doesn't change the fact that the Bible is a better explanation than evolutionary thought.
This type of argument has been debunked more times than Jesus had whip marks before he was put out of his misery.
The bible is a tool of the unscrupulous to harness the hoards of stupid. You simply reinforce that view. It has about as much relevance to explaining things than "play doh" has to do with treating herpes.

Really, the bible has been debunked? by who? where?? It's history has been verified, Its science has been verified and it's literary viewpoint has been validated by much greater minds than yours. In my study I have found that many more people have used secular humanistic and atheistic thought to commit far greater crimes than Christianity. In the future you need to use more factual information to debate this issue rather than resorting to insults and sophomoric analogies.
Science has been verified by whom? Its literary viewpoint has been validated by whom? I don't suppose your "study" has been peer reviewed and published, has it? Which crimes are you referring to and by whom?
There is a lot of crimes that Christians have committed in its history, all published.
There is an awful lot of statements that need backing up there, and if you're on my channel its put up or go away. The onus is on you. ta ta.
The church in the past has been the number one financier and author of scientific research. Ever heard of Sir Isaac Newton. Galileo. They were scientist employed by the Church. The published crimes supposedly committed by Christians have been committed by people using Christianity to cover their evil intent. Hitler for example was a humanistic atheist. He replaced German clergy with Nazi Humanistic leaders to control the people. Oh, and you failed your on litmus test you give no examples either
I will give all the published examples and peer reviews you want when you do the same. It would take far more than 500 characters to do that. Christianity may have committed crimes in the past but it doesn't compare to the secular humanistic crimes of Hitler ,Stalin, etc.....You may be reading published works but that doesn't mean they are reality. Humanistic people love to change history for nefarious reasons. Usually to discredit religious faith in society.
ALL THESE ARGUMENTS ARE TRIVIAL AND MEANINGLESS, i have finally realized that NO ONE WILL OR CAN POSSIBLE WIN AN ARGUMENT OVER THE INTERNET, FOR BOTH SIDES are ignorant or in denial of the others statements because NEITHER can b BACKED UP BY HARDCORE FACTS. I MEAN ABSOLUTELY UNDENIABLY PROOF, there is none 4 either side of the argument
If you have ever read any of his writings and personal testimony from those around him(Hitler), you would understand that he was not a Christian. He claimed he was but he routinely killed Christian clergy or removed them and replaced them with Nazi sympathizers. In fact, he killed millions of Christians who spoke out against him. Atheist love to claim that Hitler was a Christian to hide the fact that his main beliefs were Atheism and Darwinist Evolution.
Oh how terribly delightful. This is so entertaining. An atheist saying that Hitler was a Christian, and a Christian saying Hitler was an Atheist. Hitlers' religious beliefs for proper historians, is uncertain.. He probably did hold religious beliefs. Unfortunately time was not on Hitlers' side one never knows whether he would become a new pope, or the next Henry the 8th. His catholic upbringing no doubt alerted him to the fact of an easy and pre-mind washed population just ripe for conquest.
Any of his writings uh? In Mein Kepf he mentions the "almighty god" many times and that what he is doing IS for the that god. And his own writings and speeches say he was in fact a creationist.
And evolution is the complete opposite of eugenics. Natural selection through genetic variation has nothing to do with eugenics. Especially since eugenics is artificial selection and completely opposite of evolution.
And he killed millions of Christians who spoke out against him? Wow what utter BS. If he killed Christians for speaking out against him it because they were speaking out against him, not because they were Christians.
I see once against another Creationist who breaks their own commandants... You know the one about not lying.
Sucks when you try to debate history against someone who happens to study it as a hobby, especially WW2.
Do you mean Mein Kempf? Just because the guy mentions almighty god doesn't make him a Christian. In his writings he also claimed that the Jews killed Christ, but the Jews didn't have the authority to execute. The underground movement to save the Jews and get them out of Europe was largely run by Christians. I really don't care if you call me a liar, I know the truth and so does God. Hitler also believed that to change the future you had to change the past. Sounds like the history you study.
And so what if movement was mostly Christian? Maybe it happens to be because most people ARE Christian hmm?
The dark ages was caused by Christianity so based on your logic, well it's the truth really, everyone who died during it, died because of Christianity. That's 100s of millions of people dead.
Oh and really you point out a single letter missing? Quite a weak position you have.
And it actually was a jew that killed him by betraying him, well supposedly anyway as Jesus most likely never exist. At least no where near what the bible says, then again that is the vast majority of the bible and OT for ya.
He was BETRAYED by a friend but he was executed by the Romans. Jesus does exist. He is the most validated human being in human history. Even more so than Julius Cesar. The Bible is the most validate book in history. I am sorry for you. You seem determined to waste a lot of time arguing against something you feel is fiction.
Right just ignore the fact all written records of him are decades after his supposed death.
And you think he is more validated then Julius Ceasar? Someone who was written down at the time he was alive. Not decades after.
And the bible is the validated book in history? There was never a tower of babel, great flood, exodus never happened, adam and eve is bs, and I could go on and on.
I bet you think Kent Hovind and VFX are telling the truth uh? Bet you also deny evolution and the big bang.
to KAM786UK. evolution is not based on faith you don't BELIEVE in evolution. its just fact. like all other scientific theories. in science you can´t say that something is true only that it has been tested enough to to make it a theory. and as SouthernRaisedAtheis said check donexodus

Your video still does not show hard core proof of who is write, i.e. evolution or the bible. However, those wishing to believe an old man that died 100 od years ago and not the bible thats been a around thousand years is their chose.
But I would still like people to prove, show evidence that evolution is true and not just a theory.
However, I'm not sure how my spelling mistakes will compare with the fact that people are believing in Evolution and have forgotten about their Religious beliefs.
Tell how do Christians believe in Evolution and Charles Darwins theory that we humans are related to monkeys?! I'm sure that the Bible has no mention of Charles Darwins theory.
ERVs are remnants of failed viral infection which occurred in an ancestor's sex cell and got propagated in its child. The viral insertion site is completely random for many ERVs (and semi location specific for some (limited options but still an abundance of equally tenable locations to choose from) and finding one in the same location in two individuals indicates they each had that same ancestor. humans and chimps share 98,000 ERVs locations in common. What other conclusion can one come to?
Hi, evolution is both theory and accepted fact, as much as any other theory such as gravity. The evidence is absolutely overwhelming- ontogeny, fossils, DNA evidence. We are related to all organisms.
Yes, if the bible were true, we'd believe it. It's just a collection of myths though. Atheism issimple common sense. 1000s of years and still no evidence or reasoning to suggest there's a god.

u said "Yes, if the bible were true, we'd believe it."
but yet several things from the bible have come to past, like irasel becoming a nation and there is proof of the great flood and they found what thought to be Noah's Arc. u simply pass off my argument as a myth cause u do not want to except the fact that there is a "higher all powerful being" i think u simply want to believe that u came from something lower then u. rather then something better then u.
Well yes, of course. I never denied that. A book that long is bound to get a few things right. So what? It should be 100% if it is the word of god. The great flood has certainly not been proven. You'rejust believing what you want to believe.
"i think u simply want to believe that u came from something lower then u"
No, I hope there is a god. But what you or I want is irrelevent, I only care about the truth.
Now thats rare, an ignorant statement coming from a atheist, please do not say something you know nothing about, because obviously you see no evidence for creationism. and that is because you probably have not looked and/or probably didn't even tried to look or research any information on creationism, there is proof all over the world, and if you don't believe me look it up. I don't discard your logic before hearing it, plz don't do the same for mine.
If you'd take your head out of your arse and study the evolution instead of blindly beliving your preach your'd prolly understand why all the people who have IQ over 100 know that Evolution is fact.
I'm currently "self-studying" ( meaning i don't have a degree or schooling for it) evolution, and u cant prove evolution fact, because you can not show, me evolution, or even show the process of it happening right now, i can only take your word for it, its a very educated theory, evoultion is FAR from fact
Sure, but having all the DNA evidence fossil record and stuff like that we can safely say that it's not FAR from fact. Scientists just fear the word fact and use word theory because that's the way it just works. It is or it's closest to the truth - the way we understand it. Humans haven't seen pluto fully revolve around sun - that doesn't mean it does not do full 360°.
Evolution is a theory just like gravity, general relatively ect. In science theory doesnt mean opinion - its higher than facts and laws because theories explain facts and laws.
Evolution doesn't say we come from monkeys, it says we are monkeys - primapes to be precise. There is so much evidence to prove this. Just search 'human evolution made easy' by potholer.
Just because you are too inept to understand the process - it doesnt take away from its validity.
Yes kems789, thats exactly what I think. They should be free from all that religious fucking morality bullshit and be able to do what they want without thinking they'll burn in some imaginary hell. This is about religion, I don't think its morally wrong to take drugs, or for teens to experiment with drugs, i said nothing about parents, parents should be responsible. Don't worry I'm never having kids, and if I do and its to late for an abortion, I'll make sure my kids kno they wer a mistake. lol
And as bill hicks said "i think drugs have done some good things for us, and if you don't believe drugs have done good things, then you should take all your albums, tapes and cds and you should burn them. Because those musicians that have made all that wonderful music that has enhanced throughout the years.... (they were) RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRReal fuckin high on drugs."
No cliched dissenting christian, i said drugs dont fuck up EVERYBODY who experiments with them. People do experiment with drugs as teens and then grow out of it. Its not like you take a hit out of a bong or a hit of x and your automatically addicted and your futures fucked up. I mean I know thats what ye like to tell your kids but its not true.
"Its not like you take a hit out of a bong or a hit of x and your automatically addicted and your futures fucked up."
Of course not. But some like it, and want to do it again. And again. And again. And they BECOME addicts. And then they fuck up their lives. It's really not that difficult to understand.
But who cares about that, right? As long as we have good music to listen to, drugs are fine. So just keep snortin that coke and smokin that pot. Maybe one day you'll become a famous musician.
You don't need to believe in the fairytales of the bible to have common sense, anything in excess.
And I think teenagers should do whatever the fuck they want to do. I mean The US is all about freedom, isn't true freedom, freedom to do what you want, to put whatever you want into your body be it a dick or drugs. Smart teenagers generally experiment with drugs for a while and then move on. And the stupid ones are gonna make bad decisions anyway, whether they r religious or not.
"And I think teenagers should do whatever the fuck they want to do. I mean The US is all about freedom, isn't true freedom, freedom to do what you want, to put whatever you want into your body be it a dick or drugs."
So teens should just feel free to get drunk, get high, fuck each others brains out 3 times a day, do homework at the last minute if at all, or skip school? Some teens can handle true freedom and responsibility. Most can't.
God, I hope you wake up to reality before you have a kid.
I was an extremely devout Christian and Im ashamed to say it. Secondly whoever told you that teenagers experimenting with drugs fucks them all up and destroys their future was a fucking liar.
I know plenty of people who experimented with drugs as teenagers and are now very sucessful in their respective fields.
I know even more people who tried drugs as teenagers, are very sucessful and still do drugs on occasion.
Do you live in the fucking twilight zone? Or do you mean drugs like ibprofen and nyquil? I have had many friends who tried drugs. Some who didn't do it that much are fine. Some are addicts, and spend all their cash on pot. Others fucked up their grades in high school and are now struggling to find a good job. Three are dead.
If you say drugs don't do a fucking thing to a person, then obviously you have problems to deal with, and I don't want to be one of them.
In schools today, most students are being taught that they are the byproducts of some random event, that they are whatever they want to be and can do whatever they want to do because they are their own gods. Oversimplified, but a basic outlook. Now, what do you think the ordinary hormone-driven high-school student would want to do if they had this kind of mentality? Whatever the hell they want to do, including drugs. At least, this is how venomfangx proposed it in my opinion. Makes sense to me.
I live in Ireland, was raised a Catholic to very Catholic parents, all my family is Catholic....everyone. I was an altar girl for years and went to mass at least 3 tmes a week. When I was younger the belief in god and all that other bible malarky didnt stop me frm doing wht I wnted to do. It didnt stop me from drinking or tryng drugs, nor did it stop my friends. I have a lot of friends brought up in religious homes in the US and its the same for them. Your argument is just silly.
May I also say the day I realised that the bible was bullshit was one of the best days of my life. Teenagers are always going to experiment with sex, drugs and alcohol. All that religion is doing (if it has any affect at all on kids) is frightening them into thinking that they will burn in some ridiculos, imaginary hell, and whats their crime? Being fucking teenagers and spending their teenage years doing what they should be , having fun. All that harboured guilt could mess them up later on.
"All that religion is doing (if it has any affect at all on kids) is frightening them into thinking that they will burn in some ridiculos, imaginary hell, and whats their crime? Being fucking teenagers and spending their teenage years doing what they should be"
So according to you teenagers SHOULD be doing drugs, getting pregnent and drinking? I don't know about in Ireland, but here in the U.S. drugs, sex and drinking fucks up a persons life a hell of a lot more than guilt does.
Yeah, teenagers are always going to experiment with what they want to. But if they have religion, and they actually follow that religion, they have a set of moral values to base their decisions upon, which could stop them from going too far and fucking up their futures, or stop them from ending their futures completely over trivial problems. Obviously, you now are an atheist, meaning you probably weren't a devout Christian as a teenager, so setting yourself as an example is not very convincing.
Hi. Just as a point of (possible) interest, I'm an atheist and I don't and have never used drugs. I'm straightedge (look it up). It's another lifestyle choice that does what you claim people need religion for- provides a set of moral values to base decisions on. However, it only stipulates that my choice not to use drugs is right for me, and doesn't threaten those who disagree with eternal hellfire. And it is modest, subject to modification with rational thought. Religious faith is not.
I understand where you're coming from, but then based on that logic surely all athiests would be unemployed, murdering people and generally being out of control and purely living life to please themsevles, without any moral obligation to anyone else. But it's just not the case, because it's something we learn, not through religion, but primal instincts - to protect, care for young, respect others, etc. I'm athiest but have never touched drugs, why? common sense, not because God told me.
evolution moves at different speeds for different populations. have you ever noticed that you are attracted to people at a similar intelligence level to your own? this causes some people (rationalists) to evolve mental processes than other people (let's call them creationists).
this explains the evolutionary view of why you can't teach a creationist complicated processes using rational thought. they haven't evolved smart enough brains to get it.
you proved nothing about the birds... all you said was that they eat different things with those specific beaks... do they have the beaks because they eat those things?or do they eat the certain things because of the beaks? from what youve said its the first one, to that i say, then how, in the first place did they even survive? did they eat bugs and fruits that had fallen to the ground in the open? if so then why did the need the beaks anyway
When you are starving due to overpopulation, you are going to try anything you can get your hands on to eat. If you manage to eat something that the rest of your population are unable to eat without dying then you are likely to pass on your genes to your offspring.
So mine is the second. A mutation in a beak expression gene, I believe is called Bone Morphogenic Protein 4, would produce a larger beak and would allow, lets say, consumption of a worm instead of a nut. Those that can't die.
I can't believe he can't even lipsync. I mean, it's not like its a hard song... oh well. I am going to go back to my moralless life and idk punt babies for a field goal or something while on crack.
Somehow I don't think many people become addicted to drugs because they were told they are animals. That's stupid.. I laughed hard when VFX said that is the cause of rebellion in children. I have no idea why he would even throw that in there.
Every person is given the right to argue what they believe. I think you took it a step to far with the point about good christians being the ones who take drugs etc. That is attacking a community of which you know nothing about and in saying that you shouldn't talk about God either. You have no right to talk about something that you hold no knowledge of and before you begin to argue you should at least find the decency to read the bible thoroughly.
micro evolution is real macro is atheistic bs.
glendaweil 4 months ago
Evolution does disprove the Bible, but not ONLY for the reason stated here.
Adam and Eve and a talking snake never happened.
There was never a "Fall From Grace".
No "Original Sin".
We are not "born sinful".
Jesus had no sin to pay for on the cross.
Jesus was executed for vandalism, turning over the Money Changers tables was a serious crime.
Crucifixion was a warning to other trouble makers, Don't break the law.
Because evolution is true; there is no foundation for Christianity.
They're scared!

if this so called god didnt intend to keep on creating new species to be suited to the changing enviroment, then wouldnt it be more logical to have a stable unchanging enviroment instead of inventing evolution?
is this planet PERFECTLY (in their words) suited to support life or not?

evolution is change, thats it, simple, any change, be it adaptation, mutation, etc. anything that changes an animal, if its a good change, it will flurish, if its bad, it will get wiped out. and so on. slowly over time, changes lead to other changes.

Howie47 2 years ago
A single genetic alteration does not a species make. We are talking about hundreds and thousands of genetic alterations to even begin to diverge from one species to the next. These are all simple concepts to understand, I am curious why creationists find this so difficult to understand. So whilst noodles' comment would be stupid for a single genetic alteration in concert with other genetic alterations the probability of the birth of a new species approaches 1.
corvardus 2 years ago
Let's look at what a mutation is then. It's a random change in genetic makeup. If you look at mutations now, they almost always end up in death or some sort of trait that never thrives. So with thousands of RANDOM mutations that just so happen to form a perfectly functioning animal that has entirely different genetics that came from an entirely different animal... yeah, I hope you know why it's so hard to believe that now. It's RANDOM. God at least directed the creation.
realmasterchief 2 years ago
First of all... Most mutations are neutral, not lethal. Second of all, whether a mutation is actually good or bad, depends largely on the environment.
Third of all, beneficial mutations don't happen in successive order over and over. Natural Selection takes over, and beneficial mutations have a better chance of surviving, where as the others do not.
Lastly, evolution is not a random process. Mutations are random, but the determination of what mutations stay and go is not random at all.
gojaggiesgo 2 years ago
Exactly my point - it's RANDOM. Evolutionists apparently have a hard time seeing the body's anatomical complexity. Just out of thin air, a mutation eventually put a complete eye, in all its complexity, in a human and all creatures who have them. How would something be able to exist without sight? Or hearing? How could it possibly develop them in the first place if it didn't have the proper genetic code for them in the first place? We land back again at random chance. Uh huh...
realmasterchief 2 years ago
Evolution is not random mastercheif.
And no scientists ever claims the eye came out of thin air. It was a gradual evolutionary process. I'm not sure you have a very good grasp of evolution unfortunately.
deRoyLight 2 years ago
"How would something be able to exist without sight? Or hearing? How could it possibly develop them in the first place if it didn't have the proper genetic code for them in the first place?"
lol, what? There are plenty of living organisms that don't see OR hear. And secondly, how could it possibly develop without the genetic code? Hmm... I guess that means the reason why humans are sometimes born with functional tails is because it was already there... from ancestry.
...pick your poison.
gojaggiesgo 2 years ago
You have the same question I do. "How could it develop without the genetic code." That's what I'm saying! If you start with a whale, how would it know what a cow's DNA is? Mutations? Since mutations are random, and every living organism is extremely complicated, that means that mutations forming something so complex is HIGHLY unlikely, no matter how much time is given. And having a tail would mean we came from monkeys, not apes, which evolution claims we came from apes. Nice try.
realmasterchief 2 years ago
Fortunately, your personal incredulity doesn't dictate how the universe works or what the truth is. Your God is becoming increasingly weak. With people like you driving his creation ever so stronger. Which is stronger Gods creation or God?
Its about time you realised that Science is understanding of gods creation, the plain and simple truth. If that creation is unable to actually support God then the belief in God is the problem and not the creation.
Fighting evolution is like fighting God.
corvardus 2 years ago
Dude are you kidding me...
Evolution says we share a common ancestor with the great apes... it doesn't say we aren't related to monkeys. It means we share a common ancestor with them as well...
And a whale doesn't just "turn" into a cow. Seriously, that's such a perversion of what it means. It's 2009, you really really need to be educated on this, I'm sorry.
gojaggiesgo 2 years ago
Perfect? Seriously? If we're so perfect then why do most humans require corrective lenses? What about infectious disease? There is nothing random about genetics. Have you never heard of dominant and recessive traits? How did you think eye color worked? Does God choose everyone's eye color?
terminaldeity 2 years ago
It's called, "getting old" and "viruses." I don't recall me saying that humans were perfect, either. Often times, there are imperfections. That's just life. And viruses cause us to get sick. That has nothing to do with evolution nor creationism. And I'm a junior. Of course I've heard of recessive and dominant traits. They're how everything in our genes are determined. They're the code for how life is in general.
realmasterchief 2 years ago
You didn't specifically state it direectly but I believe that came from the "Intelligent Design" aspect.
If you were God and you were designing humans to be the image of you, God, a perfect being why would the organs you design be at the whim of "getting old" and not have the deliterious effects they do on health as they do now.
If it was a designed being why would a body succumb to the whims of bacteria or virus' like every other species on the planet? Hardly the chosen of God, IMO.
corvardus 2 years ago
It's called, "sin." The penalty for that is death. How do you die? You have to deteriorate. If there was no sin, there would be no death.
realmasterchief 2 years ago
Then god didn't make us perfect then. A perfect human would never sin if it was against the will of God, clearly.
God, being all knowing and all powerful would know exactly how to design a human to have free will and yet not sin. Clearly God fucked up.
God sucks at design or there is no "Intelligent Design"
corvardus 2 years ago
there's perfect, and then there's just right. maybe you're girlfriend or boyfriend isn't perfect, but she's just right. the universe isn't perfect, it's slightly odd, but it all works together perfectly. all those numbers that are just a little off from what we'd think of as perfect, do the job exactly. the fact that we were giving free agency is the key to everything. we aren't cloned little Gods, and life isn't as it was originally. it's a pretty good system considering. perfect even
weberly2 2 years ago
if your parent says you can either clean your room or you can mow the yard, is that much of a choice? no a real choice would involve the option of doing what you want, like watching tv or picking your noise. and we don't have to be with God if we don't want to either. i would prefer to be God's slave though.
weberly2 2 years ago
Are you serious. Have you seen the types of people that Christians say get into heaven? Its going to be full of mindless, suck-ass minions. Hell is where the rest is to go.
If I am given a choice I would ask God to show me both before I make that choice. If heaven is a place full of the idiots I think it is (according to Christians) I would prefer to go to hell, and I'm serious on that.
corvardus 2 years ago
But seeing that God is supposed to be all knowing and all powerful it would be well within his remit to create a human species completely without sin, but with ultimate free will.
Seeing that God fucked up on that clearly God is not the all knowing, all powerful deity you guys paint him up to be.
God is found wanting by me, a mere mortal human. Pathetic deity to fall BELOW the standards of that of a mere mortal.
corvardus 2 years ago
There is no such thing as "forced love."
realmasterchief 2 years ago
God damn can't you decide once and for all?
He either made us perfect or he didn't. There is no two way street on this.
If God made humans perfect then it stands to reason that God can do the impossible in which giving us complete and utter free will yet not be sinful. He is supposed to be God after all.
corvardus 2 years ago
If God is not up to that task then he doesn't deserve our worship.
God is not up to my standards of infinity, MY standards, a mere human. This is not arrogance of man this is a scientist bending his meagre and pathetic (in relation to God) intelligence around a simple concept of infinity.
The God of the bible is a shadow, a mere childish fantasy compared to my wildest imagination.
corvardus 2 years ago
You know what, you've triggered me making a new video. There is so much I want to say that 500 characters is a damn annoyance. I'll deal with you once and for all.
corvardus 2 years ago
He did make us perfect. But free will is love. God is ultimately love; he is perfect, too, but God is the definition of love (don't get too technical on me with that one). He gave us a choice to either accept him or reject him. He originally made us perfect, but because Eve chose to do evil using free will, it tainted us.
I get what you're saying, don't get me wrong, but it's free will. If God made our free will to only be perfect, then that's not free will, is it?
realmasterchief 2 years ago
Perfect huh ?
WoW are you serious do you really think the human body is perfect, one part for example that the body is not perfect, it is the human eye, if it was perfect the human eye wouldn't have a blindspot now would it?
Wulfenbach 2 years ago
You didn't read my earlier comment. He did make us perfect, but because there is sin in this world, the penalty for it is death. The human body isn't perfect now, but it was. And a blind spot has nothing to do with a body being perfect or not. And it's called peripheral vision just to answer this "blind spot."
realmasterchief 2 years ago
The body is still not perfect we might have peripheral vision, but the blind spot is still there no matter what. If it was so perfect we would have peripheral vision just for the deept perception alone, and no blind spot.
And if sin is a really bad thing then it must also be considered a flaw since there has to or else Eve wouldn't have been tempted by to eat the forbidden fruit.
Wulfenbach 2 years ago
A blind spot doesn't prove that we're perfect or not. It's just something God created us with. He made us with eyes that look forward, not some chameleon eyes. The design as a human is to naturally have a blind spot. That blind spot doesn't mean that we're imperfect. It's just design.
But sin is a flaw, but it was a chosen one. God gave us free will, so he had to present the options. If sin wasn't presented, that wouldn't be free will. God didn't put sin in us. Adam and Eve chose to do it.
realmasterchief 2 years ago
If God made us perfect then when presented with Sin we would choose the correct option and not eat the fruit. Every single little time, no exceptions.
God made us imperfect. God gave us a choice and due to his FLAWED design we chose the wrong one. A flaw which appears to be a hallmark of God.
You should watch my new videos. I'm fairly heavily laying into God's lack of knowledge and power in the realm of his own creation, nothing you have said would give any other conclusion.
corvardus 2 years ago
I get what you're saying, but I don't think you get what I'm saying. "Free will" is what I'm saying. God is a loving God, so He can't force love on us, or that wouldn't be love. Free will is the choice of right or wrong. It's what any parent does for their child. If they truly love them, they will let them decide for their own when the time is right. Perfect means sinless. God is love above all else, so giving free will is something He incorporated in our design. It doesn't make us flawed.
realmasterchief 2 years ago
Free will based on design. Design characteristics can dictate behaviour. Smoke cannabis and you have a certain behaviour resulting from it. Present with Sin and you get that guilty bad feeling and you wouldn't Sin. Unfortunately God messed up in his perfect design, he gave PLEASURE to the act of defiance. Like Pavlov's dogs the Sinful nature of humans were propagated due to his design of giving pleasure through defiance. God should have known that consequence and circumvented accordingly.
corvardus 2 years ago
He didn't get pleasure out of acting defiantly. He made us perfect, but also gave us free will to choose if the people want to obey Him or not. That decision does not make us imperfect. It's a loving decision, not an error. He didn't want to force us to love Him, because that isn't love. Giving options does not mean that you're a bad person. It's like a dictator - would you rather have a word in a decision, or would you want to be told how to do it and you have no say in if you can do it or not?
realmasterchief 2 years ago
You know what is sad, you are mistaking the pleasure HUMANS feel when they are defiant. Not God. And because HUMANS feel pleasure when they are defiant, I'd say that God misdesigned them. Ergo an error. Ergo God is the epitome of evil. He programmes us to basically sin against him and then sends us straight to hell when we don't exceed our programming, and when they don't you have to beg forgiveness for God's error.
I'll be discussing about this stupidity in part 4 of my current series.
corvardus 2 years ago
And when do humans feel good about being defiant? What humans exactly are you referring to? It's definitely not me. And that also is dependent on what you're being defiant TO. If it's a communist regime, then yeah, there would be pleasure from it because you have freedom. But God already gave us freedom, which is free will. We don't have to follow him, as you demonstrate well. But I don't recall humans ever feeling good about doing wrong, which would then mean that you have a skewed conscience.
realmasterchief 2 years ago 3
Its a simple observation of human nature that takes me to that conclusion.
Defiance is also neutral. It can be a great force for good, or immeasurable evil. The righteous defiance is a drug you Christians partake of far too often in its history.
You may wriggle all you like but at the end of the day if God designed us, he designed us with a fatal flaw, ergo if he was too STUPID to
forsee defiance being used against his interests and act accordingly, he is not all knowing that is for sure.
corvardus 2 years ago
You are very far off on your "conclusion," because you probably haven't considered those who would rather not be defiant in a negative way. Defiance, as I mentioned before, can be a good thing, but defiance always leads to consequences. It's like parenting. People naturally tend to be defiant because they're sinful. The parent must correct it. You must always refer to free will. But this isn't really going anywhere and I don't want to keep replying, so I had a good debate. I wish you well.
realmasterchief 2 years ago
Sinful because God made us so, on purpose. I have always referred to Free Will, but Free Will is only an illusion. Take cannabis and you'll get high, drink alcohol and you'll get drunk. We are "programmed" to react a certain way. You were correct that defiance needs to be corrected in children yet God punished or rather threatened Adam and Eve with death and cursed all children born after although they are innocent, God is a really poor parent. Your God is the ultimate asshole.
corvardus 2 years ago 2
Funny video. God didn't create evolution. Why would he? Evolution, the REAL evolution, is adaptions, not a huge genetic alteration. Animals change to their environment, yes, but they do not change as an animal itself. Like those mammoths in the Ice Age. It happened a long time ago, and there's still elephants today, minus the fur. They didn't change into lizards. They stayed as elephants.
realmasterchief 2 years ago
As a scientist I do not close out God completely for the lack of evidence for something is not proof of lack of existance of something. This has been a lesson many have learnt. Having said that for god to exist its creation is the universe as demonstrated by Science. What you call Real Evolution is God's Evolution in that case. Further evolution at its heart IS genetic alteration, which allows the organism to adapt to the environment.
corvardus 2 years ago
Of course it's some kind of genetic alteration. Just not a HUGE one, like altering an animal into another completely different species. No matter how much time you give it, the impossible remains impossible. What would direct the genetics of an animal to intricately be placed and altered to form into an entirely different animal? Genes are written specifically for a certain kind of animal, not to transform into another over time.
realmasterchief 2 years ago
I think you will find that given enough time, the seemingly impossible will become the inevitable.
noodles321321 2 years ago
Right... so with that logic, how did you become a scientist? That's a rhetorical question, so you know...
If there's a 0% chance of something happening one time, it's most likely going to be 0% later. When talking genetic alterations and whales turning into cows, that chance will never change. (Yes, from what I know and have read from secular books, whales came from cows... or vice versa. Forgot which was which.)

noodles321321 2 years ago
Sorry, just realised how dumb that comment sounded. I meant, of course, that while the probablity of a significantly species changing gene alteration occuring is almost zero, such a mutation would almost inevitably happen given enough time. Of course, as corvardus pointed out, it takes the accumulation of thousands of more minor alterations to approach the transition from one species to another.

We can either take God's word for it or mock him it doesn't change the fact that the Bible is a better explanation than evolutionary thought.
zachtheninja1991 3 years ago
This type of argument has been debunked more times than Jesus had whip marks before he was put out of his misery.
The bible is a tool of the unscrupulous to harness the hoards of stupid. You simply reinforce that view. It has about as much relevance to explaining things than "play doh" has to do with treating herpes.

Really, the bible has been debunked? by who? where?? It's history has been verified, Its science has been verified and it's literary viewpoint has been validated by much greater minds than yours. In my study I have found that many more people have used secular humanistic and atheistic thought to commit far greater crimes than Christianity. In the future you need to use more factual information to debate this issue rather than resorting to insults and sophomoric analogies.
zachtheninja1991 3 years ago
Science has been verified by whom? Its literary viewpoint has been validated by whom? I don't suppose your "study" has been peer reviewed and published, has it? Which crimes are you referring to and by whom?
There is a lot of crimes that Christians have committed in its history, all published.
There is an awful lot of statements that need backing up there, and if you're on my channel its put up or go away. The onus is on you. ta ta.
corvardus 3 years ago
The church in the past has been the number one financier and author of scientific research. Ever heard of Sir Isaac Newton. Galileo. They were scientist employed by the Church. The published crimes supposedly committed by Christians have been committed by people using Christianity to cover their evil intent. Hitler for example was a humanistic atheist. He replaced German clergy with Nazi Humanistic leaders to control the people. Oh, and you failed your on litmus test you give no examples either
zachtheninja1991 3 years ago
I will give all the published examples and peer reviews you want when you do the same. It would take far more than 500 characters to do that. Christianity may have committed crimes in the past but it doesn't compare to the secular humanistic crimes of Hitler ,Stalin, etc.....You may be reading published works but that doesn't mean they are reality. Humanistic people love to change history for nefarious reasons. Usually to discredit religious faith in society.
zachtheninja1991 3 years ago
Then make a video about it. I would be interested in seeing it.
corvardus 3 years ago
ALL THESE ARGUMENTS ARE TRIVIAL AND MEANINGLESS, i have finally realized that NO ONE WILL OR CAN POSSIBLE WIN AN ARGUMENT OVER THE INTERNET, FOR BOTH SIDES are ignorant or in denial of the others statements because NEITHER can b BACKED UP BY HARDCORE FACTS. I MEAN ABSOLUTELY UNDENIABLY PROOF, there is none 4 either side of the argument
IchigoGodOfWar 3 years ago
Hitler was a Christian, you fail.
mecher3k 3 years ago
If you have ever read any of his writings and personal testimony from those around him(Hitler), you would understand that he was not a Christian. He claimed he was but he routinely killed Christian clergy or removed them and replaced them with Nazi sympathizers. In fact, he killed millions of Christians who spoke out against him. Atheist love to claim that Hitler was a Christian to hide the fact that his main beliefs were Atheism and Darwinist Evolution.
zachtheninja1991 3 years ago
Oh how terribly delightful. This is so entertaining. An atheist saying that Hitler was a Christian, and a Christian saying Hitler was an Atheist. Hitlers' religious beliefs for proper historians, is uncertain.. He probably did hold religious beliefs. Unfortunately time was not on Hitlers' side one never knows whether he would become a new pope, or the next Henry the 8th. His catholic upbringing no doubt alerted him to the fact of an easy and pre-mind washed population just ripe for conquest.
corvardus 3 years ago
Any of his writings uh? In Mein Kepf he mentions the "almighty god" many times and that what he is doing IS for the that god. And his own writings and speeches say he was in fact a creationist.
And evolution is the complete opposite of eugenics. Natural selection through genetic variation has nothing to do with eugenics. Especially since eugenics is artificial selection and completely opposite of evolution.
mecher3k 3 years ago
And he killed millions of Christians who spoke out against him? Wow what utter BS. If he killed Christians for speaking out against him it because they were speaking out against him, not because they were Christians.
I see once against another Creationist who breaks their own commandants... You know the one about not lying.
Sucks when you try to debate history against someone who happens to study it as a hobby, especially WW2.
mecher3k 3 years ago
Do you mean Mein Kempf? Just because the guy mentions almighty god doesn't make him a Christian. In his writings he also claimed that the Jews killed Christ, but the Jews didn't have the authority to execute. The underground movement to save the Jews and get them out of Europe was largely run by Christians. I really don't care if you call me a liar, I know the truth and so does God. Hitler also believed that to change the future you had to change the past. Sounds like the history you study.
zachtheninja1991 3 years ago
The history i study is just that, actual history.
Quite a weak position you have.
mecher3k 3 years ago
And it actually was a jew that killed him by betraying him, well supposedly anyway as Jesus most likely never exist. At least no where near what the bible says, then again that is the vast majority of the bible and OT for ya.
mecher3k 3 years ago
He was BETRAYED by a friend but he was executed by the Romans. Jesus does exist. He is the most validated human being in human history. Even more so than Julius Cesar. The Bible is the most validate book in history. I am sorry for you. You seem determined to waste a lot of time arguing against something you feel is fiction.
zachtheninja1991 3 years ago
Right just ignore the fact all written records of him are decades after his supposed death.
And you think he is more validated then Julius Ceasar? Someone who was written down at the time he was alive. Not decades after.
And the bible is the validated book in history? There was never a tower of babel, great flood, exodus never happened, adam and eve is bs, and I could go on and on.
I bet you think Kent Hovind and VFX are telling the truth uh? Bet you also deny evolution and the big bang.

Your video still does not show hard core proof of who is write, i.e. evolution or the bible. However, those wishing to believe an old man that died 100 od years ago and not the bible thats been a around thousand years is their chose.
But I would still like people to prove, show evidence that evolution is true and not just a theory.

What other conclusion can one come to?
damianpoirier 3 years ago 2
Hi, evolution is both theory and accepted fact, as much as any other theory such as gravity. The evidence is absolutely overwhelming- ontogeny, fossils, DNA evidence. We are related to all organisms.
Ozzyman200 3 years ago
actually if u investigate closer at ontogeny, fossils and dna, u can also say that they r are folly

u said "Yes, if the bible were true, we'd believe it."
but yet several things from the bible have come to past, like irasel becoming a nation and there is proof of the great flood and they found what thought to be Noah's Arc. u simply pass off my argument as a myth cause u do not want to except the fact that there is a "higher all powerful being" i think u simply want to believe that u came from something lower then u. rather then something better then u.
IchigoGodOfWar 3 years ago
"several things from the bible have come to past"
Well yes, of course. I never denied that. A book that long is bound to get a few things right. So what? It should be 100% if it is the word of god. The great flood has certainly not been proven. You'rejust believing what you want to believe.
"i think u simply want to believe that u came from something lower then u"
No, I hope there is a god. But what you or I want is irrelevent, I only care about the truth.
Ozzyman200 3 years ago
Now thats rare, an ignorant statement coming from a atheist, please do not say something you know nothing about, because obviously you see no evidence for creationism. and that is because you probably have not looked and/or probably didn't even tried to look or research any information on creationism, there is proof all over the world, and if you don't believe me look it up. I don't discard your logic before hearing it, plz don't do the same for mine.
IchigoGodOfWar 3 years ago
If you'd take your head out of your arse and study the evolution instead of blindly beliving your preach your'd prolly understand why all the people who have IQ over 100 know that Evolution is fact.
DonnZ0r 3 years ago
I'm currently "self-studying" ( meaning i don't have a degree or schooling for it) evolution, and u cant prove evolution fact, because you can not show, me evolution, or even show the process of it happening right now, i can only take your word for it, its a very educated theory, evoultion is FAR from fact
IchigoGodOfWar 3 years ago
Sure, but having all the DNA evidence fossil record and stuff like that we can safely say that it's not FAR from fact. Scientists just fear the word fact and use word theory because that's the way it just works. It is or it's closest to the truth - the way we understand it. Humans haven't seen pluto fully revolve around sun - that doesn't mean it does not do full 360°.
DonnZ0r 3 years ago

Don't worry I'm never having kids, and if I do and its to late for an abortion, I'll make sure my kids kno they wer a mistake. lol
Jenndxx 3 years ago
And as bill hicks said "i think drugs have done some good things for us, and if you don't believe drugs have done good things, then you should take all your albums, tapes and cds and you should burn them. Because those musicians that have made all that wonderful music that has enhanced throughout the years.... (they were) RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRReal fuckin high on drugs."
Jenndxx 3 years ago
No cliched dissenting christian, i said drugs dont fuck up EVERYBODY who experiments with them. People do experiment with drugs as teens and then grow out of it. Its not like you take a hit out of a bong or a hit of x and your automatically addicted and your futures fucked up. I mean I know thats what ye like to tell your kids but its not true.
Jenndxx 3 years ago
"Its not like you take a hit out of a bong or a hit of x and your automatically addicted and your futures fucked up."
Of course not. But some like it, and want to do it again. And again. And again. And they BECOME addicts. And then they fuck up their lives. It's really not that difficult to understand.
But who cares about that, right? As long as we have good music to listen to, drugs are fine. So just keep snortin that coke and smokin that pot. Maybe one day you'll become a famous musician.
kems789 3 years ago
You don't need to believe in the fairytales of the bible to have common sense, anything in excess.
And I think teenagers should do whatever the fuck they want to do. I mean The US is all about freedom, isn't true freedom, freedom to do what you want, to put whatever you want into your body be it a dick or drugs. Smart teenagers generally experiment with drugs for a while and then move on. And the stupid ones are gonna make bad decisions anyway, whether they r religious or not.
Jenndxx 3 years ago
"And I think teenagers should do whatever the fuck they want to do. I mean The US is all about freedom, isn't true freedom, freedom to do what you want, to put whatever you want into your body be it a dick or drugs."
So teens should just feel free to get drunk, get high, fuck each others brains out 3 times a day, do homework at the last minute if at all, or skip school? Some teens can handle true freedom and responsibility. Most can't.
God, I hope you wake up to reality before you have a kid.
kems789 3 years ago
I was an extremely devout Christian and Im ashamed to say it. Secondly whoever told you that teenagers experimenting with drugs fucks them all up and destroys their future was a fucking liar.
I know plenty of people who experimented with drugs as teenagers and are now very sucessful in their respective fields.
I know even more people who tried drugs as teenagers, are very sucessful and still do drugs on occasion.
Jenndxx 3 years ago
Do you live in the fucking twilight zone? Or do you mean drugs like ibprofen and nyquil? I have had many friends who tried drugs. Some who didn't do it that much are fine. Some are addicts, and spend all their cash on pot. Others fucked up their grades in high school and are now struggling to find a good job. Three are dead.
If you say drugs don't do a fucking thing to a person, then obviously you have problems to deal with, and I don't want to be one of them.

how the fuck do kids being taught evolution lead to them doing drugs? venomfangx is crazy
parodyking23 3 years ago 2

Jenndxx 3 years ago
May I also say the day I realised that the bible was bullshit was one of the best days of my life. Teenagers are always going to experiment with sex, drugs and alcohol. All that religion is doing (if it has any affect at all on kids) is frightening them into thinking that they will burn in some ridiculos, imaginary hell, and whats their crime? Being fucking teenagers and spending their teenage years doing what they should be , having fun. All that harboured guilt could mess them up later on.
Jenndxx 3 years ago
"All that religion is doing (if it has any affect at all on kids) is frightening them into thinking that they will burn in some ridiculos, imaginary hell, and whats their crime? Being fucking teenagers and spending their teenage years doing what they should be"
So according to you teenagers SHOULD be doing drugs, getting pregnent and drinking? I don't know about in Ireland, but here in the U.S. drugs, sex and drinking fucks up a persons life a hell of a lot more than guilt does.
kems789 3 years ago
Yeah, teenagers are always going to experiment with what they want to. But if they have religion, and they actually follow that religion, they have a set of moral values to base their decisions upon, which could stop them from going too far and fucking up their futures, or stop them from ending their futures completely over trivial problems. Obviously, you now are an atheist, meaning you probably weren't a devout Christian as a teenager, so setting yourself as an example is not very convincing.
kems789 3 years ago
NoFaithHere 3 years ago
I understand where you're coming from, but then based on that logic surely all athiests would be unemployed, murdering people and generally being out of control and purely living life to please themsevles, without any moral obligation to anyone else. But it's just not the case, because it's something we learn, not through religion, but primal instincts - to protect, care for young, respect others, etc. I'm athiest but have never touched drugs, why? common sense, not because God told me.

evolution moves at different speeds for different populations. have you ever noticed that you are attracted to people at a similar intelligence level to your own? this causes some people (rationalists) to evolve mental processes than other people (let's call them creationists).
this explains the evolutionary view of why you can't teach a creationist complicated processes using rational thought. they haven't evolved smart enough brains to get it.
greycloud24 3 years ago
you proved nothing about the birds... all you said was that they eat different things with those specific beaks... do they have the beaks because they eat those things?or do they eat the certain things because of the beaks? from what youve said its the first one, to that i say, then how, in the first place did they even survive? did they eat bugs and fruits that had fallen to the ground in the open? if so then why did the need the beaks anyway
blueroos 3 years ago
When you are starving due to overpopulation, you are going to try anything you can get your hands on to eat. If you manage to eat something that the rest of your population are unable to eat without dying then you are likely to pass on your genes to your offspring.
So mine is the second. A mutation in a beak expression gene, I believe is called Bone Morphogenic Protein 4, would produce a larger beak and would allow, lets say, consumption of a worm instead of a nut. Those that can't die.
