  • Simply beautiful! <33

  • Hi this is am amazing video care to share the camera settings exposure time of each exposure and the interval. I am getting into time lapse and need to know more about it the one I took was bulb mode exposure for each shot was 2 min no interval so every two min i take an exposure what I ended up was with video of very fast moving clouds at 24 FPS. I did not get smooth movement in clouds any advice please help.....

  • Awesome...just divine my friend.Reminds me of the night skies as a cild in N.Fla...catching fireflies. 40 years ago the skies where black now we are flooded with the light of man and miss the light of God. Peace Brother.

  • This is awesome! What was your setting in your timelapse? 5 seconds? 10 seconds? 60 seconds? and How many hours did you take this video?

    I love your video! :)

  • 好美......

  • Werter User,

einmalige Zeitrafferaufnahmen phantastischer Himmelszenarien, im Vordergrund

einer sehr schönen Naturlandschaft, mit relaxer piano Melodie !

    Gruß, Charly

  • And yes I'm aware the stars are moving, I mean some would move at a quicker pace than others due to distance between us and them. Not like a photograph of the sky being slid across the background.

  • Fake obviously. If it was a time lapse, stars would be moving due to the earths rotation. It's been done on some video editing software. Main giveaway is the backing track on the video. Looks nice. And airplanes on a time-lapse wouldn't appear as a slow moving streak. Think about it.

  • We can't see this here in the Philippines, as far as I know, based on the Star Walk app for iPhone, this milky way is behind the Sun, and the Sun is exactly in the middle.

  • this is orgasmic for the eyes.

  • @jentokki Eyegasm??

  • @jentokki Eyegasmic experience.

    KKS

  • @jentokki and this was pretty much everynight before the "luxory" of industrial civilizations

  • Gorgeous. This makes me want to play Super Mario Galaxy right now. :P Haha

  • Amazing!

  • People, those aren't shooting stars. They're planes. But maaaan, living in a big city, you NEVER see this stuff!!! Sooooo pretty!!!

  • @RtstcGtrst LOL aww but it'd be nice to just "pretend" that they're shooting stars hahahaha

  • @RtstcGtrst Yeah I know what you mean about living in the city. I live in hong kong, Sometimes you can hardly see across the waterfront due to the pollution.

    Amazing video!

  • wait can u actaually see this?

  • awsomeness

  • is the bright star venus?

  • We really need to start a national holiday where we dont use any lights for one day so we can see this awesome experience in our own backyards

  • I love your videos. If i could like a thousand times, i would. Also, the music is just so soulful and perfect for the scenario.

  • I counted fifteen before the clouds rolled in.

What I'd give to go see that in person.

  • beautiful, great job

  • my eyes!! they just jizzed!! this is so epic! ;)

  • It was incredible! And this Jupiter and Sagittarius...

    I love it!!!

  • Wow this is amazing! Im off to Hakuba soon over winter. Is there good star coverage in the alps there?

  • do a time lapse on the northen lights

  • Wow! That is amazing. I have one question that I can't seem to find an answer to. How do you get those shooting stars to flow like that? I wish I could state my quandary better but it seem like the shooting stars are stacked-time-lapse and the rotational stars are regular time-lapse... Do you understand what I am trying to get at or am I making this more complicated than it really is? Thanks.

  • amazing!

  • Nature is so beauttifuuul, more...more!

  • It looks like the earth is moving.

  • Stunningly beautiful.

  • Beautiful.

  • what is out there? :) WOW

  • Wow this is Just wonderful,... and very Beautiful!

  • just wow!

  • Just beautiful. You can pick out the constellations in the sky - Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn.

  • I think this is not a timelapse but a landscape with video effects.

The comets are so slow !! in a Real timeplase they would be so fast that nobody could see them.

  • Is it possible to have this as a screensaver?

  • me oh my god.... so epic looks down and sees i can use 720pmy face :DDDDDDDDDDDDD

  • lol not even joking where i live in south texas there was some problem with the power so like i dont know how many blocks where out and i went outside to see the stars and it was just like this but not as good because the downtown city lights were still on.

  • 0:59 the fog rolls in like a tsunami, awesome!

By the way those are not shooting stars they are airliners flying by. Search youtube for "meteor shower time lapse" and you'll see what shooting stars look like with time lapse photography.

  • Makes me think of Evangelion. Love it.

  • wtf shooting stars?

  • gorgeous, i wanna know the name of this music

  • AAAAANNNDDD CUT ..THATs A WRAP

  • Stunning. Thank you

  • so many shooting stars!!

  • @karenhlyau they are airplanes

  • @karenhlyau TIME LAPSE PLANES YOU THINK ?

  • 0:55 lol she'll be comin around the mountain when she comes ^_^

  • what song is this? i wanna wanna find the music sheet. can you send me the title?

  • this is time lapse video and not photography right?

  • This is absolutely breathtaking, thank you for sharing this with us!

  • amazing...x

  • all these time lapse milky way vids look fake

  • I think they should have a night in all the big cities to just cut the power at a certain time and have everyone warned before it, just so they could see this. But to avoid complete madness, turn it back on 30 minutes to an hour later. Maybe this is a bad idea, I don't know but I wish people could just appreciate the beauty of this.

  • @karatechick24 That might be a good idea but politically it would never be able to be pulled off, what public official is going to say he wants to shut off everyone's power for a half hour so people can see stars? Other than a global energy shortage, the only thing that is going to mitigate or reverse the problem is if more people switch to dark sky friendly lights and it's a process that will take decades, sadly.

  • @oggleman Ah I see your point.

  • @karatechick24 I agree with ya!

  • @karatechick24 A while back when it was the 100th anniversary of Ben Franklin "discovering" electricity, they wanted to turn off all the electricity in the world. The quickly determined they couldn't. Between life threatening problems like hospitals and things like digital watches, they figured out it couldn't happen.

  • @karatechick24 yes! the world is a beautiful place..our home! And people only destroy it with carelessness:-( its sad..but people are trying to make a change..hopefully it works..

  • I love the view of the Milky Way. If only there wasn't so much light pollution...

  • @BunnyRaider i think these vids are bs, they probably take pictures from space telescopes and mix it with different layers of clouds and land

  • Woahhh....

This really shown us that even the so called Great civilisation of the human kind is just a microscopic small part of the universe...

  • Wish i could live in a rural area like i used to when i was a kid. Fucking light pollution....

  • The bright star looks like jupiter.

  • What a real nice video ! We included Your clip in our AWARDED section ! Super Music and Images ! Love it !

  • could i get the name of the song please? also the fog is so cool when it rolls in over the lake :')

  • ここは真っ暗ですよね

    数日だけ山小屋でバイトして、夜に外へ出てビックリ

    宇宙空間に出てしまったかと

  • captivating

  • i feel a part of earth more

  • superb stuff

  • This is a love affair. :)

  • wow, I really like this, but this is taken by high frame rate camera? thats true? moving of planet is faster, clouds is faster but how its possible that fallin stars are slower and made light way, in real view its hard to see falling stars?

  • @Trancee4Ever So I am wrong, camera takes picture every 10 sec? and falling stars are satellites. :-)

  • Can anyone tell me if that is what you could actually see with your naked eye out there? Or has the images been enhanced before it was made into a movie?

Anyhow I am absolutely in awe seeing this... starry nights has always fascinated me since I was a child... I could stare at the sky for hours looking at stars. If I can see something like that in the video I can probably sit there forever

  • おれも癒された・・・(幸)

  • This beautifulness kinda scares me. Is just great.

  • there has been only 1 time i saw such a beautiful sky full of stars, it was when there was a blackout in the whole city, thanks for the great video!

  • Definitely not a describable feeling, i probably gave this video 400 of its views.

  • ホントに綺麗だなぁ~。普通に市販されてるHDビデオカメラで取れるのかな?

  • Dude, this is CRAZY!

I could spend quite some time here.

  • How did you successfully get all the stars in focus?

  • the fog was looking so thick!

  • きれいだなぁー

  • Bravo Mockmoon....... Bravo.....

  • the the things moving really fast satalites yeh?

  • @Ethooo1993 yeah they are, and the red one may have been a plane

  • @killerman778 i know right i jumped a little when i saw that.

  • Japan is beautiful..

  • in a few years, this place will also be a tourist attraction, then become modernized, and then finally have massive pollution just like the rest of our so called beautiful planet earth

  • really cool!! could i maybe use it to merge with music? ;)

  • is that bright thing the core?! or is it the moon?

  • wow, your vids are amazing!

  • wow..

    man, that was beautiful

    made my day

    thank youu

  • joder q bueno es esto

  • That was completely badass!

  • what's the name of the song?

  • So beautiful....

  • What are the shooting star thingys that fly across the sky at the beggining of the video?

  • i wish this was my backyard :)

  • How can this have 15 dislikes?

  • Is there such a place in existence? Pure beauty, untuched by mankind, tell me of this place, and it's natural wonders.

  • beautiful, i wish i could see the milky way here but... nothing because of too many lights

  • best time lapse EVER...

  • Lovely Music....

  • I wish you would've recorded until the sun came up. I really enjoyed this. Thank you

  • 美しい

  • This deserves a 2nd look.

  • muy buen video y muy buena elección de la música

  • 0:42

There's a bright big ass star on the middle. What's the name of the star?

  • @RKSudo that's the moon you idiot

  • @askjfl *lol* Nice answer

  • @RKSudo its pluto

  • God, that's beautiful.

  • It's awesome.. wonderful..

  • Is this...real, then? Its it visible to the naked eye anywhere or must we use cameras to see it?

  • @supahsnuffy It cannot be viewed with the naked eye simply because our eyes do not gather enough light to view far off stars. That why we can only see a few stars at night with our eyes.If it were possible to increase the human eye's light gathering capability 100x we could see it, though even a torch light 10 kms away would seriously blind us.That why we need a camera and long exposure times to be able to view such sights.

  • This is haunting!!!

  • Indeed man has destroyed our beautiful natural world, from the majestic old growth, to the awe inspiring visual of the milky way. First time i saw the milky way i was 16 on the queen charlotte islands, it was a sight to behold with the unaided eye.

  • I wonder what sort of mindset did the "15" people had for "unliking" this video. I mean...almost anyone would die to see these kind of breathtaking sights.

  • wow, this is soo fuckin beautifull!

  • Does anyone know what star on :42 is?

  • So calm, so beautiful.

    Thank You
