WRONG! Pride was made up of guys that couldnt cut it in the UFC lol. Pride's best fighters CAME from the UFC at one point and faced a few losses in the UFC so they went to pride. Pride is basically like the junior league to the UFC :)

It goes both ways. Chuck went to Pride and got owned by Rampage, Anderson Silva got beat by Chonan when he went to Pride. I think the difference in rules and the ring is bad for both. Silva vs. Liddell in UFC, Silva knocked Liddell to the ground twice but couldn't use his favorite weapon, the soccer kick. I think it goes both ways.
