Beyoncee was chosen because of her obvious comparison to Barbra, A women who was thought never to have what it takes to become the pinnical of her craft.....these two women beat the odds and have risen to to the top of their profession. They are both box office power houses. Who could be Barbra's equal? Nobody.....but today Beyoncee is the closest. A minority girl with a voice and a powerful entertainment presence. Barbra's other strengths will be celebrated in other arenas.

When I heard awhile back that they where getting Beyonce to play Barb's part in the remake of "A star is born", I cried! Beyonce can sing I give her that but she is nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing compared to Barb!!!!! Beyonce cannot act, and is an embarrassment, to women who have and appreciate thier talent!
