I made this 2 weeks ago. I went to the "store" and bought all the same great value brands and everything. HaHa! We all loved it, especially me who doesn't generally care for pasta and sauce dishes. We are making it again this week, so thanks for posting this!
Ok it got late last night so we had something else. But baked it last night and having it for lunch today. Really good. Quick, easy perfect. I used about 3/4 pound beef & sauteed half an onion with it.. ;-) Added a little parsley to the cheese mixture. That's all I did differently.
Later on I'm going to try Jennie-O Italian Turkey Sausage. 3/4 pound meat is just fine for me, but I wouldn't need more than that. A little less may be really good too. May try 1/2 pound next time.
looks good deff gonna try it !! before you said can you tell where i shop i was going to write , you should get paid for all the great value stuff advertising lol! gotta love walmart !
I've changed this recipe since I made it :) Its so easy to add and take away from! Love it :) we now just remove the meat add spinach and bam you have a vegetarian lasagna
I make lasagna using the baking noodles (no precooking=less dishes). It's not much harder thank this, but takes an hour to cook. Hmmm I may try this though, it looks good :)
I love lazy lasagna! I made something similar last night but I just use ricotta cheese instead of the sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese mixture. So much less work than layering all those lasagna noodles but it tastes the exact same!
Making this for the second time tonight!! Thanks for sharing Kayla. We love it too!
